Nice medium level gaming laptop

The computer was purchased as a gift for my wife.

She seems perfectly content with it and my son is the one who did all the research on it before the purchase. He too is happy with the purchase.

Excellent performance and versatility

I'm the opposite of a geek, but I was able to set it up with a printer easily. I've found it to be much more versatile than our previous desktops and easy to operate.

Terrible

The camera quality is terrible; I always have an issue when switching from headphones to speakers (it's always "muted", I have to plug the headphones back in and take it out again for it to work properly). Nevermind that it has 12 gb ram; it is SLOW. Everything takes forever to work, all the apps, and even turning it on takes a long time. I feel like this was a huge waste of money, and I won't ever buy an Asus again.
