Replaced an aging Dell Inspiron, as a graphic artist this Asus fit the bill. I also wanted the Nvida 1050 to do 3D. It does not have a CD/DVD drive, and could use a few more USB receptacles, but otherwise was a perfect choice.

I needed to replace my six yr. old Gateway laptop. A lot has changed in six years. I run a lot of graphics programs so decided to check out a "gaming" laptop for its speed and drive space. I really love this Asus!! It runs fast and has not bogged down on me yet. The battery last ok but always have the power cord with me. My old laptop did not have a back lit keyboard so this is also an added plus. The best thing is how light it is. I know giving up the built in cd/dvr drive is why and I had to invest in a external one but you can't have everything. Overall this Asus Vivobook Pro 17 has proven to be a winner for me.

Great product! My 15 yrs old son is using it every day and he's super happy with it. This only thing that is a bit annoying for me is the grey buttons on a grey keyboard. I have a small issue seeing the buttons. My son however has absolutely no problem with it. :-) Overall it works great!

Product was shipped on time (even one day early). This computer is very fast especially on startup and is very quiet and cool running considering the high speed. Graphics are outstanding.

I bought this Asus Laptop for editing photos and to use for creating personal documents through Microsoft Works. It has far exceeded my requirements .

This laptop starts up lightning fast. The two hard drives work great and helps with the speed. I do not have any negative items. I do use a Bluetooth mouse instead of the touchpad

This is a high performance laptop PC. Once one gets get used to the speed of a SSD one cannot go back to a rotary hard drive

Had a month now. OK except it does not let you know when the caps lock is on. My previous Asus computer had a light on the caps lock button to let you know when the caps was on. This creates a real problem with passwords when only …… show.

I had never had a Asus laptop. I see improvements since I purchased my last laptop, from Best Buy, a number of years ago. Fast, quite, and was easy to set up...

Wanted a larger screen size for streaming videos. It's perfect

With the SSD the boot up is significantly faster than my previous ASUS. With the 250 GB SSD and the 1 TB secondary drive it has plenty of storage.

I upgraded from my old HP from 2013, wanted to try a different brand. Very happy with looks and performance of my new ASUS.

First time I have had a laptop and love it, easy to use.

This computer seems very slow with video processing, I get to much buffering and slow speed connections. What's up with that.

Boots Fast, bigger screen, ample storage, light weight considering the screen size. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. The Caps Lock key does not come with light indication but that's not a big deal.
