I upgraded from my previous computer to this one for the speed and performance, yet it still has some of the same ridiculously long startup and load times. And when first setting up the laptop, there was already an update waiting for me. The setup took about 8 hours before it was completely finished and ready to go. Fantastic graphics and looks really nice, but the speed is disappointing.

Great laptop for general use and gaming. Got it at a great price as well.

I think this laptop is a great value for the price; I got it on sale for 899. Starts up and runs pretty snappy once you get rid of bloatware and disable startup tasks. Love the big screen and the display is gorgeous. Plays every game I've tried on max or near-max settings. Love the spacing of the keys on the keyboard. I don't use the track pad as I have a gaming mouse, so can't speak for that. Another thing I like is that the exhaust is on the side instead of the bottom, which makes for cooler running paired with a laptop fan. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I just received this computer two days ago. This computer is slow and unresponsive at times. When I click on google chrome it takes around four minutes to pull up a web browser when activating for the first time. Restarting the computer feels like it takes a lifetime. It acts sluggish and feels like a crawl at times just to process basic information. Stay away from this laptop, I am not satisfied with it at all.
