the larger screen is great for reading r-mails without the need for my glasses, the color is amazing for pictures and it's easy to use.

I've used this ASUS daily for about two years now, and it still works great. In the past, most of my laptops (even a $2000 Sony) would tend to start running hotter and louder as time went on. Fan bearings would go out, etc. I would eventually just scrap the laptop. This laptop's fan noise is so quiet, you can barely hear it when "you could hear a pin drop". The fan doesn't accelerate in speed, and the laptop doesn't get hot. I plan to buy another ASUS down the road, although now laptop specs don't become obsolete so quickly anymore.

I like the laptop as a whole but am having a terrible time with the audio. It is set at the max but I have a hard time hearing normal videos and/or interviews. I only had it four days and am getting more frustrated with trying to make the audio better. Maybe it's just the one I have..don't know if there is an issue for all of this model. I love music and can't get the volume to do anything.
