Awesome Computer

Don’t count out the brand I’ve had this laptop for two years now and it’s still very fast and I have plenty of memory left. I am a heavy PC user and this gets used daily so the fact that it’s still going strong says a lot!

Fast laptop, but had issues with Windows.

Then a mysterious yellow alert icon kept popping in next to the computer system in the "Device and Printers" window. Had to use Geek Squad to get rid of that one. This is a faster computer than our 4-year old Asus, but getting it straight and usable has been a challenge.

Nice laptop

Having two hard drives in my laptop is great especially since the system drive is an SSD. the screen and build quality are good as I would expect from ASUS. The cooling fan is not loud but when it kicks in it makes a whine that I find irritating. Again it is quiet I think it is just a frequency thing with me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we were told this was the fastest and best computer best buy has to offer... my old dell is more reliable and faster then this one by far. web pages take for ever to load, programs stop responding and battery life is poor. i will be contacting best buy to fix everything on this computer today.

I have 4 laptops now and I would never buy one again without a SSD drive. Night and day difference in performance. Anyway this computer has never given me a bit of problems other than hard drive is slow.
