Bought online and was delivered to store. Easy pick up. I took monitor out of the box and plugged directly into my computer. Easy set up. Love the picture quality. Worth every penny.

This is my second monitor that I added to my home computer. Very happy with the colors and display quality. Good positioning capacity as well both vertically and horizontally.

I use this monitor for my photography hobby. I edit my pictures using Adobe Lightroom and am very happy with the color accuracy and sharpness of this monitor.

This monitor is good, when it is working. There are multiple times each day where I have to either turn it off and back on or unplug it from my laptop and then plug it back in. The screen goes black or green old pink. I find it annoying.

Loving Asus PA248Q. It is already calibrated and all I had to do is hook it to my computer and start editing.

Excellent monitor. You can do it lanscape or portrait. My husband really likes it.

This item was returned to Best Buy the day after I received it. That was over a month ago. Just today, I decided to take a chance and order another one. I will edit this rating when I spend some time with the new one. Wish me luck :>)

Asus Pro Art is an excellent choice for color accuracy and certified. It's not often that electronics come with factory certification these days. Plenty of USB expandability as well. No unwanted edge shadowing or backlight edge bleed. I would recommend the Asus PA248Q to any photography professional. The price and quality is outstanding.

These are great monitors. The Colors on them are great. I compared them with a few others on my setup within the range and returned the others because this was the best one. bought three more to complete my 4 monitor setup (3 across and one on top). I noticed right away but thought it was a graphics issue and didn't have time to troubleshoot earlier. There is a common issue with this monitor from ASUS in that the screen has a flickering issue where you will either lose signal for a second or you get a video distortion for a split second. It seems to be random and does not happen every time I am on my computer. this issue exists with 2 of my four monitors. Bought Geeksquad warranty on one of the four just so i had a backup for at least one monitor if it broke later. Geek squad works as normal bring it in and order the new one. 5 star for Geek Squad plans. I should have brought them in right away and i would have been able to do both within best buy. the second one i'll be sending back to Asus. -1 star for broken monitors from Asus. otherwise 5 star for the functioning ones

The screen would not display any signal, from either of our two computers, and none of the buttons would work either, right out of the box -- including the Menu button. Repeated interactions with Asus Customer Service were awful -- I kept telling them what the problems were, including the fact that the Menu button didn't work, and they kept recommending that I reset the defaults using the Menu button! These guys may be able to manufacture decent products and maybe we just got a defective one, but boy, their customer service is awful. Don't buy one!
