Quality Control Issues

The position adjusts easily, it has the response rate and response time I was looking for. But there are some serious quality control issues. I have had THREE MONITORS come out of the box with dead pixels. As much as I like the monitor, this time I will be returning it for a refund instead of an exchange. I don't want to gamble yet another time to only get more dead pixels.
