I have no problem buying open box items I have never had an issue, this should have definitely been checked before selling

This model undergoes intensive quality control testing and final inspection for both hardware and software. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated issue. We are recommending to have the unit return to Best Buy and request a replacement once you're within the return time period. This model also comes with warranty coverage for any issue that you may experience. You can also have the unit send to ASUS for repairs. Not to impressive

Just ok

screen stopped working

Maybe I just got a defective one but non the less the customer service for Asus wasn't very helpful. Ruined the name brand for me

Shadow on the lower right corner

Another problem is that this monitor was supposed to be an LED monitor but everything on in the manual says it is an LCD monitor which is a bit off-putting since I bought it for the LED screen.

Asus monitor

Poor quality

Get a smaller monitor

Posted .Dear John, I sincerely apologize for the issue you've experienced with this monitor. This is definitely not the experience we intended for any of our customers to have with any of our products. Here are steps you can try to resolve this issue:
1. Check if the signal cable (VGA / DVI / HDMI) is connected well, and confirmed the other end of the output cable has been firmly connected to computer input port (graphics card). Unplug and plug 2-terminals again and make sure all the pins aren't bent.
2. Replace another identical signal cable (VGA / DVI / HDMI) to take cross-test
3. Get the latest video card driver
4. Reset: Back to the initial value of display. Hold down the MENU key and select MENU> System Setup> Reset> select "Yes".
