High quality video, no apparent degradation in quality. Easy installation, immediate availability, quick service. Occasional DVD doesn't play in BD player, but may be due to software or quality of disc and not due to drive.

Fast reader Super slow burner

I bought four of these and they were all the same. Where my new drive burns a DVD in about 20 minutes these units take around an hour

I tried other methods to convert my IDE to SATA and none worked. I bought this CD drive, plugged it in and it worked the first time and works great.
