When my Windows 10 computer is sleeping, the drive will occasionally wake up independently, make mechanical noises, and flash its LED as if a disc is inside, even though none is. It's a bunch of sound and fury, signifying nothing -- and a sign that something's wrong. Asus customer support has made little effort to help.

Seriously, no cables. Tech support is awful. I'm going to go to the Apple Store instead. They have some nerve selling this.
