This is very easy to setup and the online account is very easy to use and helpful to manage the wifi names and password. Our house is 3800 sqft and covers very nice. Also supports many wifi based appliances.

Took me a little longer to set up as I'm not a techie. But once it was set up it works great. I get a stronger signal at the far end of my house (50 feet) than my previous router. A Netgear. The inside room walls of my house are insulated with aluminum coated insulation which has always prevented good reception thru walls.

Asus makes great, reliable equipment. I've never been disappointed. This router is no exception. I bought this to replace a 7 yr old Asus router. The new version adds speed, versatility and ease of set-up along with great security. You don't find Asus routers on the published compromised lists.

I never needed WiFi till a few years ago, when I got my Xbox One. Signal in my area for 4G LTE was almost non-existent, so I had a box from the carrier that used my cable for CDMA, which gave me full signal in my apartment! When I got the Xbox, I got another brand of WiFi to hook the Xbox to the internet, which was in another room. Also my new smartphone, a Samsung, had a program called "WiFi calling" which gave me 4G-LTE PLUS I could go onto the internet with the phone, AND talk at the same time! THEN my WiFi broke down, and I got another one! IT broke down also, JUST as the speed of internet went to 200meg! So I took it back under warranty and switched to the ASUS model! I'm stroking OVER 200meg with it, and although the unit has more controls than the other brand for settings, I am very pleased with the security it has built in. No, I'm NOT talking about protocols, I'm talking about LIVE Trend Micro antivirus and Malware detection IN THE UNIT! It stops me dead when I visit an infected site!

This router is fast, reliable, and easy to configure. I am able to track data usage by each device connected to the network. I a.m. able to see the last time a device was used and i am able to delete it from the network of it is old or i don't recognize it. I would recommend to friends and family.

The set up for this router is very simple and the puts out fast wireless internet. Works great with multiple devices including blu ray players, smart TVs, and tablets.

needed another access point for the basement. Worked great and its fast and reasonably priced.

This is replacing an older Asus router. Out of box had to assemble antennas to unit, easy no tools needed. Setup was very easy followed directions in the quick setup manual. We have several devices that now use Internet, laptops, desktop PC'S, smartphones, tablets, weather station, gaming console, and TVs. Put the ones capable on the 5G, others on the 2.4ghz. Some have hardwire to the router. There was a definite increase in speed for accessing Internet, downloads are now faster, streaming television no stutters like watching from DVD. The router interface is easy to understand, viewing connected devices, the traffic on the different bands and which device is most active. Can set priority devices for speed. Gives a lot of information by clicking on the interface tabs. Web page accessible support, provides excellent explanations of the different options. Can even add an external HDD to access from Internet or network. I'm happy with all the options and will be giving them a try.

I bought this as a replacement for a Linksys wireless router. This is much faster and more reliable. I've owned for more than a year. I rarely have connectivity issues, even when everyone in the household (and there are many) are one the internet with their devices.

I plugged it in and it has had great signal ever since. I have it locked down and I have not had any intruders on my network. I live Asus products.

This is connected to another Asus router as an access point and it works great giving us an even greater coverage area than the main Asus 1900. These routers are easy to setup and are extremely reliable for all uses (email, websirf, streaming video, etc.).

Easy to install, set up. Great coverage, have had 0 issues with this router.

My previous routers all required range extenders but this ASUS model reaches all portions of my house! I was able to eliminate the annoyance of the extenders and get much better speed and signal strength using only the ASUS router.

After getting a new 4K Ultra HD TV and with my kids consuming bandwidth with their XBox One it was time to move from my Linksys RT that was slowing my network speed. I wasn't looking for any brand in particular, but the service person at my Best Buy store mentioned that she had this router and she liked it. I am glad I listened to her, the speeds that I see are amazing even with the router in my basement, I still get good speeds in my bedroom on the 2nd floor. I did put a extender to boost my speed some more, but this router has excellent coverage and performance. I especially like that I can have my 4K TV on one network so that if I am streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime, I still get great picture quality. With my wife and teenage boys on the other network, I don't hear any more that are network is slow. I would highly recommend this router!
