||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.was good when i finally got it to work but didnt last long ... the whole set up process was very very confusing but finally after figuring it out and downloading the processer for this item it started fine connected to the internet and ran very fast but then i ran into an issue where it would connect to internet and disconnect every few seconds and would stay connected long enough to do anything ... tried to find a way to fix it and couldnt find anything ... found some reviews where other people had the same problem and it was useless at that point with no way to fix.

The bad news: it didn't help either. I tried moving the antennas to the external mount and tried various positions- all less than 20 feet from the modem- result: no change. Not worth my time to go get a refund, but I'd have wanted to.

To resolve the issue, please verify if the PC meets the system requirements of the wireless LAN card. If it does, please verify if the PC is running with the most current OS version. Also, please ensure PC is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is stable and working properly.
