I believe it needs a firmware update. Registration of the product is very problematic as it is not listed in the list of networking cards and the serial number that came with it is not recognized. Hoping customer service will contact me soon.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having this card for roughly 6 months, it randomly disconnects the internet and wont reconnect until you restart your computer. This is a common issue with these cards, and fixes might not work. This stems from an issue where by default power management will automatically turn off the card to save power. I have gone into regedit to fix this, but it still does not work.
