Its design is sleek and clean, very attractive. Touch screen very responsive, 2-1 tablet and chromebook, and very fast for productivity. Great device for work and productivity. My only gripe with this one is it doesnt get as bright as i would love it to be and can't seem to find color settings to change the saturation on it. Definitely an indoor use chromebook as there is no antiglare and becomes hard to see the screen when working outside.

The keyboard is very responsive and has decent travel, the glossy coating makes the colors pop (it would be a bit washed out without this), the ryzen APU and iGPU allows this device to breeze through any task. The only downsides are the spotty trackpad (use a mouse) and the somewhat bulky size for a 14" laptop. Overall I would purchase this again!

It plows through tasks without an issue. The BIG issue is the processor right now. Easily once a day the screen will freeze, then flicker rapidly before turning off. The backlit keyboard stays on, the display goes black, and the Chromebook totally locks up. I spoke with Geek Squad, and was advised it had to be the processor. Well, it's already been powerwashed TWICE in less than 10 days since purchase. The next closest store with one in stock is about 20 miles away for an even exchange. Otherwise I'd have to be refunded for the first one, then purchase a replacement. This would be a 6-star laptop other than the crap with the operating system. No other Chromebook I've ever owned (and I go back to when they first came out over a decade ago) has ever done this. Is it Chromebook plus, or do I have a dud?!

Older Chromebooks feel like the fast fashion equivalent of a computer. The plus line try’s to correct that course in an attempt to create Chromebooks that are worth keeping rather than just throwing them after just a few months of use.
