My OS is Windows 10 X64 Home. I downloaded the Windows 10 driver and it would not install. Got the message "We do not support this operating system." Decided to give the Windows 11 driver a try and it installed properly.
My previous adapter was AC1300 and my Wi-Fi speed was around 860mbps on a 5Ghz Wi-Fi network. Installed this adapter and speed jumped up to 1200mbps on 5Ghz.
Web pages seemed quicker.

Working with Windows 10 Pro on a Dell XPS 15 laptop. Nothing - NOTHING boots up this device. This was a $40+ lesson. Glad the device didn't cost more than that. Sent support an e-mail message. The purchase was outside of their Pacific telephone support times. One "star" was too hight a rating.

Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed with Best Buy . We're almost in 2023, and they're still selling WiFi 5 adapters and this crappy WiFi 6 joke of an adapter. WiFi is going to end up like Circuit City at this rate.

In order to improve wireless connection or signal, please verify if the PC meets the system requirements of the USB adapter. If it does meet requirments, please check if Windows and chipset driver are up to date.
