I have always LOVED every laptop I've gotten from them. I bought this one sight unseen because of the great products I've always received from them. That was a mistake. First off, the whole laptop was plastic. And the CHEAP plastic. I couldn't believe this was an Asus product. Secondly, the color on the screen was not good at all. The color black was grey. It was almost like there was a light behind the screen that made it a dark grey instead of black. This was annoying on any game or video. Next, Netflix and other streaming sites words did not match up with their lips. I adjusted multiple settings trying to fix this. Even the lowest settings of Netflix did not fix this issue. Lastly, the fingerprint scanner stopped working. All of this was in the first 72 hours of purchase. This was unacceptable. I returned it ASAP. This is NOT worth $850. Its at most a $400 laptop. I ordered another ASUS and i LOVE IT! My life is complete again!
