Impressed with screen, tablet mode, and performance. Would have gave 5 star, except I was expecting the Asus smart stylus to be included with this more expensive version, but it is just a normal pen stylus. Unsure if the screen is compatible with the smart stylus or not now???

I’ve had this same type of computer for three encarnations and it seems that every time they release the newer model, they remove another feature and don’t really add anything particularly important or useful. The first time I got a new one, they removed the disc drive and the screen got smaller. There was a barely notable increase in memory. This time around I’ve bought a new model of the same computer, and they’ve removed the HDMI port (a feature I used frequently) and AGAIN made the screen smaller. It’s not slimmer, nor more compact, nor anything more useful. Just a smaller screen and less ports. I even compared the old and new side by side and the computers themselves are almost exactly the same size but the new screen is smaller and the trim around it is wider. I shudder to think what other features will disappear the next time around in an attempt to get me to shell out for their compatible replacement products. A time this point I think, after almost ten years of using the same computer, when this wears out I’m going to be going with a different one my next time around.

Does everything I need it to do. No prolems with it at all. Very hapoy with my purchase.

With remote learning being the new normal for now, we bought this for our K student and he loves it. The touch screen helps little ones who are learning how to use a mouse/trackpad still be able to interact with the screen and class.

We had an older one of these and for my daughter's birthday we bought her this new one and she loves it. She especially loves that it has a stylus for her to use and a place to store it. She uses it for school and also for typing practice!

Bought this for my son to use for High School . So far works great for all his , social media and streaming as well . Main purpose was for school but it’s powerful enough to handle his streaming as well .

Exceptional speed and camera. Lightweight and extremely durable.

Two days outside of the Best Buy return window a defect appeared on the screen. This turned out to be a crack that propagated across the screen rendering the machine 100% useless. The Chromebook never left the house or was mishandled in any way. It was sent to ASUS for repair and was deemed to be customer damage and was covered by warranty. I have never had any durability issues with any computer or Chromebook to date. I would not recommend this product or any other based on customer service.
