The geek squad team told me that as soon they put 4 sticks of the RAM the unit doesn't boot or start up also doesn't go to BIOS. I changed it with another one, of doesn't work am going to switch to MSI motherboard. I am very disappointed about ASUS.

When I got everything together. I got double 0 error code on my board. So that means only two things. Either a dead board or a dead cpu. I exchanged my cpu reinstalled my new cpu. Still got double 0 error code. My local Best Buy don't carry this type of motherboard and I honestly I got no idea why. So I had no option to go with Asus z490-E gaming motherboard. This motherboard is doing rather well. Got no complaints.

Is it a memory initialization error, invalid memory type or incompatible memory speed?
Please attempt these steps:
Check what type of memory is it: DDR3 / DDR4
All AM4/TR4/1151/2066 socket motherboard support DDR4
Check if the memory is in the QVL or not.
Update BIOS
remove the memory and plug it back in and test
Install only one kit and try test again
Press MemOK to automatically detect and adjust speed/voltage
Adjust memory speed to proper speed in BIOS -> AI/Extreme tweaker -> DRAM Frequency -> DRAM frequency of the given RAM
Install single memory modules individually and check error 53 still occurs
