Bent pins

We are terribly sorry to hear that you received the device with a few missing parts and the pins were bent and for the inconvenience this has caused you. ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and final inspections for both hardware and software before we send them out to the stores worldwide. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated factory escape defect. This information will be passed on to our development team. We would be very happy to assist you.
We are recommending to have the unit return to Best Buy and request a replacement once you're within the return time period. This model also comes with warranty coverage for any issue that you may experience. You can also have the unit send to ASUS for repairs. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can be created Online by visiting our support page and selecting "service and repair", below that option please select "Create Online RMA." You also have the option to contact us directly, and we will create the RMA for you. This is one of them. Q Code 00. Asus tech said likely the motherboard is defective. Returned and purchased an Aorus

I had a lemon

Expensive but did not last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it worked, it was a beast but suddenly stopped working when the warranty expired. I am disappointed! Based on what it cost, I expected it to last more than 1.5 years.
