This router has excellent range and speed I tun multiple devices off of it streaming netflix, playing games and surfing the web on multiple devices and computers in the house and have no issues.

Needed to replace an old Linksys router that was slowing my internet speeds down. This one is perfect. Great range and easy to manage. Guest mode is great to keep my info private and secure.

This was recommended by the salesman at Best Buy. I'm totally happy with it's performance , range and ease of set up. We've been using it for a couple of months and there's been no problems so far.

I have had several routers over the years. This is my second N-draft router. So far it has out performed my previous router, TP-Link, which was not a bad router. But it started to lose wireless connection every week. It was 3 years old so I looked for a replacement. This router had some of the highest review ratings, for ease of use, reliability, and speed. They were right on all accounts. If you're looking for a new router, you won't go wrong choosing this one.

Great router and has very good range and speeds. Easy to setup and the interface is nice with lots of options. Port forwarding is easy to setup among other things. has dual band WiFi. Asus provides a freer DDNS account which is a nice feature to have. Overall I would definitely recommend this product. It is a little pricey but works great and plenty of features.

The router works amazing. It has great range and hardly ever has to be reset. The setup was more than easy and my internet speed went up drastically from an older 2010 router

Very easy to setup, love the range on this device, I can now get access all through the house and even to the far corners of my yard. Glad I upgraded my older router to this one.

Easy setup and excellent coverage. We have a large house and our internet comes in on one end in the corner. Instead of running cable, I bought this router and it works great.

I just added wireless to my house in order to link up my new smart phones and maybe a laptop down the road. I read quite a few reviews, but also asked a Best Buy person. He was very knowledgeable about various routers and steered me to this one after asking a few questions. It was not the cheapest or even near the top priced, but seemed to be good for my use and location. I did not understand the set up instructions very well so I called the ASUS tech number and the tech walked me through it in about 10 minutes with much patience on his part as I was not up on router lingo. After a month the unit is working just as described.

This model is the same as the ASUS RT-N66U. It is just branded for retail outlets. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I just can't say enough good things about this router, so I'm limiting my comments to what I think most buyers will be interested in. There are few other consumer routers available that match the performance of this router. It is able to handle multiple streaming sessions (i.e. Netflix.com) while maintaining a low ping for online games. I am also able to get the same performance on speedtest.net with a wireless connection that I get with a wired connection. The router settings are thorough and easy to use, and it has the features expert buyers tend to look for. Range performance appears to be good. My house is average-large and two floors. The parental controls appear to be average, but easier to use than other routers I've used in the past. I use OpenDNS and a local program so I don't know how well they work. I do schedule allowed connection time for my childrens' ipads, ipods, etc. that don't have complete controls. The printer sharing and drive sharing features are the best I have used. I've completely changed how I backup files and share my multifunction printer (everyone can use the scanner from any connected PC).

Upgraded my old router with this one and I couldn't be happier. Connections and speed are great. Setup was super easy and all the little extra features are great.

This product has top features at a very reasonable price. It is very easy to set up. It works consistently - no drops. It works consistently throughout my 1900 SF home. I stream tv shows and movies (Roku and iPad) and there are no problems anywhere in the house. I priced many routers and read reviews and this one stood out. Paying more would not get me anything better than this router. The product comes with a warranty.

We opted to add a second DSL and wireless system to our home to support multiple mobile, laptop and desktop systems as well as up to 15 users during family events. I purchased this device knowing it is not top of the line although the Wireless N would provide coverage indoors and out. Our primary system is a Time Capsule with three Airport Express extenders linked. Based on current current use and connections the N 900 provides strong coverage that is not as fast as the Time Capsule although does provide an equal coverage footprint. Location, location, location on where you stage it. I would recommend the N 900 as an affordable device for consumers who have higher speed broadband in their home. It is overkill for low speed connections.

I had no problem setting it up, it provides great range/signal throughout my house (better than the previous router) and the performance is perfect for my home needs.

This is a high end router that gets the signal up from basement to 4th floor. We have 2 Xbox live 4 laptops & 4 cell and all work fast with this router.

Because I don't move large files or a constant stream of data on my network, I opted to not spend the extra money for an AC router. Dual band for both private and guest WiFi networks is nice, plenty fast for all electronics connected (1 Gig hardwired-smart TV, Direct TV DVR, XBox 360/ WiFi-2 laptops, 2 smart phones, tablet). User interface is very detailed, can do everything I want and even more than I currently understand, may overwhelm the lesser tech-savy person.

I have bought many router in the past from Netgear and they all broke in two years, they were also slow and always disconnect . This router is fast and doesn't disconnect! So I totally recommend it!

Says makes a great product and this router is excellent. I have a 3500 squ ft house and it covers it all lightning quick. Simple install and away you go.

Got this router to get something fast and with a lot of range and so far this meets all my expectations its a great router so far I'm happy with it.

The router is easy to set up and use. It did not require a lengthy process to open ports for my XBOX360. It is very fast and has made muy network more stable.
