The router was very easy to set up. The speed of its connection to the network are great

To give a brief explanation why I have stated great range is because I live in an older home (1400 sq ft) with plaster walls that contains metal and other obstructions that have hindered wifi performance in the past. With this device on default settings I have been able to obtain great signal and performance throughout my home and being dual band one older wifi device no longer takes away for newer high performance devices. Also when turning up the broadcast strength within the advanced settings it allows me to get wifi in my detached garage as well as my next door neighbors even; very impressive. Great buy if your looking for great signal without spending extra on range boosters, as for the additional features I cannot speak as I have yet to try them.

I live in a 2 story 2600 sq foot house with my wi fi router upstairs. My MPBS to my computer is about 55 mpbs. With my old wireless router I was getting about 12 mbps even when close to the router. With this router my signal is at 55 throughout my house which is incredible. Setup for this thing took me less than 5 minutes. I believe paying a premium for this wireless router is very much worth it!

Loved it easy setup and easy to use however it was incompatible with my old modem.

I'm an Apple guy, and I have in the past used Airport Extreme routers, but I recently moved and had to change my ISP. Not certain if it was the router/ modem or router/ISP combo but I could NOT get my Airport Extreme to stay connected. After buying a new Airport Extreme, and that not working, I decided to to take the Airport out of the equation and purchased the Asus. Not only does it work flawlessly but there is a multitude of features (most of which I may never touch). I thought I got a good price and I live in a fairly big home and coverage seems good and I can actually remain connected outside of my yard and down the street. I like Apple things but I'll make the exception, in this case, and go with the Asus as it preformed admirably.

Set up was easy, connectivity was great, speed seems very good on both bands. I have had it up for close to two months and have yet to power cycle or reset. Rage is good, I have it in my basement and it reaches both floors of the house and decent range outside as well.

It doesn't get quite the same range as my old NetGear, but it covers an entire 4000 sq ft house from the basement. This thing is loaded with settings including the ability to use multiple WAN connections (i.e. DSL with Wireless 4G as backup). The one point lacking for me are the parental controls compared to the NetGear. It's a little pricey as well. However, it performs very well and has plenty of configurability including adjustable antennae. Very nice if you can afford it.

Great router easy to use and works well even for streaminb with multipul devices

I've had this router for a month or so and it works great so far. Saw a huge speed increase and the reliability is good.

Very easy to set up. Gives us nice range of coverage throughout the house.

This is a true powerhouse router. Although a little pricy it is well worth the cost. Setup was less than 10min including a update to the firmware. I haven't had any lag issues even while steaming and playing games. The only thing better would be to be wired imo

Asus routers have good coverage are easy to setup and have good features

Router seems to be a decent router. Previously had a Cisco E1000 which is the entry level router. It started dropping connections several times a day so thought it was time for a new one. The range of this new asus router is better but I can't say it is great. Moved it from basement to upstairs for better coverage outside.With several devices including an xbox one it seems to be better but not great. but for the additional coverage I had to move it to the ground floor.

Needed to replace a cheaper less powerful router with a more powerful one ... and this fit the bill. This router has a nice output that places a strong signal throughout the house. The 3 antennas provide a signal to the basement where my boys play their video games and need wireless for the controllers. Asus is a reliable brand, and I would recommend this product.

Eaay to use, works great. Easy to follow instructions for setting up.

Good speed, performance, and area coverage. No complaints.
