Looks like the picture, not going to do anything for protection but as long as that is not what you're looking for, this is a great option.

Only reason I purchased it is because when the device debut it was my only option now there is many more cases to choose from

It was the only day 1 launch case I could get.

The case has the joycon spaces so that you don't accidently damage or break the joycons and the Ally is pretty snug within the case. Make sure you buy along side.

I know it’s designed to be a stand as well but I certainly wouldn’t want to use this as a stand because it covers the vents.

Its way overpriced, has only a single zipper slide and offers no edge protection. You can get a sturdier case from Amazon for half the price. Will be returning

Wear it with pride like the Apple logo or PlayStation. No shame in wanting something that people recognize by the brand.

I like that you can use it as a stand for the Ally but it feels to easy to cover the air vent on Ally when using it as a stand that causes the Ally to heat up quite a bit.
