Also case is kinda soft not much drop protection. Unfortunately i will be getting a different case from Amazon.

Its a good case for being a free one. I would recommend buying something a little bit sturdier though for travel.

This typicslly gets put in a larger bag anyway, just need it to protect it from other items in the bag. If i wanted a hard shell case id buy something else, but this works for me.

It is a soft case. Like a makeup bag or something you would put a PS5 controller in if you had to take it on vacation. This will offer slightly more protection than no case at all.

Dropped it at a height of 2 feet and the screen was fine but device wouldn't register controller inputs. It does not protect anything other than cosmetic damage.

Really wished it was a bit harder and offered more protection. It has cut outs for the joysticks to go in but I feel being a soft case the ally still could get damaged, e.g. in a bull back pack with laptop chargers and other devices and various things.
