Don't buy this garbage, for $40 I expected the stock charger to fit inside, it's legit the dookiest case ever. Embarrassing if ASUS for trying to sell for anything over $10

Not as solid of a case as I would prefer, it's not a hard shell case.

Great product for Ally. Mandatory purchase for the price

The bag is fine, but the Asus ROG Ally they sold me was defective. A known issue. I reached out to customer service and was ASSURED I could go to any store for an exchange. The store denied the exchange. So I took it to twitter, where the social media team reached out to ME and assured me once again that they would exchange the defective product. They even placed an order and I thought all was well. I woke up today and the order that your reps created was cancelled. So I reached back out and was told “sorry we lied, have a nice day”. This is unacceptable. Not only do I have a defective product, but my time was wasted and I was lied to TWICE by your service reps.
Please accept our sincere apologies for receiving a defective product and an unfortunate encounter with our support staff. This is not the quality of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating this must be for you and we will do everything we can to make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make every purchase an enjoyable experience.
