    Being a Steamdeck owner and an owner of an ally as well this product is quite flimsy comparatively kind of disappointed since its a soft shell and provides no real protection

    This thing is just cheap. Reminds me of those sweatpants the walmartians wear that say "PINK" on the back. Hard pass on this thing.

    Do not buy this.

    I do not recommend buying this case. This is a cheap material case at a higher price. I only bought it with the Ally to have the protection of traveling. Doesn’t really have protection if you drop it or something falls onto it. But once third parties come out with hard cases, I will sell this. Also it seems like the material will suffocate the airflow so I don’t like to put it in the case when in sleep mode.

    This is a basic case. I wish it had room for the charge brick and cord as you won’t be gaming for long with those items.

    This product does not protect the ally at all I am able to push all the buttons through the case itself it is not worth what you pay for it jsaux has a hard shell case with storage for charger etc and no I am not shaming rog for this they make very good products this one just wasn’t it for me I cannot recommend

    Its cool but the asus isnt very secure when its in the case and its a very soft fabric so you can still damage the asus even when in the case

    Way Overpriced

    I would buy this case for maybe 10 dollars. Its a soft case that does very little to protect your device. The padding does not feel thick enough and you can move and click all of the buttons with almost no effort. It is a tight fit on the edges which makes it a little hard to zip up. It feels like it is only really to prevent scratches or nicks to the screen/shell. Even for that its too expensive.

    After purchasing my ROG Ally, I was looking for a travel case. I assumed buying the official case would be a good idea right after launch, however, I was wrong. The case is a soft material, and being that I put my Ally in my backpack for work, I need a hard shell case like the Steam Deck case. I returned the official case in favor of a cheaper hard shell case elsewhere.
