Great product with massive downsides

Asus ProArt 16 is a very good laptop

fast w flashing issues, no cord

Hardware issues after only a year.

It performs well on high-resource tasks. On rare occasions, the screen gets glitchy (usually issues with the taskbar buttons appearing multiple times that are resolved if I restart Windows Explorer). I rarely use it on battery, so I can't speak to battery life. It feels like a high-end laptop, as it should for the price. The big issue is with the keyboard. It feels great to type on, but it began having issues just as the warranty expired. The space bar registers extra presses and sometimes the R stops working. Asus was no help at all. Because of this issue and poor support from Asus, I will not buy another Asus product.

ALERT NOT TO BUY

After receiving a replacement, the same issue occurred within 3 months. Best Buy and Asus offered no real solutions. The lack of support and defective product has caused significant inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.”

Worth the money!

This laptop has been much better and I haven’t had any problems with it. The process of returning and repurchasing was super easy. I am using this for college and it fits in my backpack but is still big enough for any projects.

Auto repair blue screen

Returned the first on thinking I got a faulty one but same thing happened to the second laptop. The auto repair in the computer can not fix the problem. The only option is to reset the laptop which means losing all documents that weren’t backed up :(
