    It's a nice looking laptop, decent speed and awesome speaker. But asus is just not the best brand, because after 5 days, Microsoft automatically updated the laptop and broke it by itself. Just wow!

This is just a glitch that can be resolved by performing a System Restore to revert the laptop to the last know good configuration. Or do a Cloud Recovery.     This is good but battery life is not long compared to Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 battery last longer on video play.

    5 months in and multiple issues despite minimal use. I do powerpoint, graphic/motion design, video editing, and a bit of gaming. For the price it should be a solid machine but I have been having bitlocker and firmware issues that come up at the most inopportune times. Last ASUS machine I buy.

    Best buy sent a broken unit then gave me a lot of headache on resolving the issue. Needless to say, item was returned and no replacement has been requested due to this experience.

    Worst Best Buy Experience EVER!!

    Got this as an "Excellent' open box. 1st off, it didnt come with ANY lf the original packagaing as described in their "Excellent Open Box" policy. The charger AND laptop were banging around loose in a box. Dented and scratched. Just taped to a piece of loose cardboard. Obviously nobody from Geek Squad even glanced at this thing. Looks like someone dumped KFC grease all over the keyboard and screen, you can literally see fingerprint ridges in the grease. Worst of all, its 100% stuck in a boot loop and wont even turn on. Cant access the BIOS repair page, literally just a dented greasy brick they just charged me $2300 for. Didnt even work for a fraction of a second. Took less than 3 seconds to verify it was stuck in a loop. Its very clear this was never even inspected. It doesnt meet the requirements it was sold to me under, and wouldnt even turn on ONCE. It was sent back with a defect and immediately shipped out to me.

    Makes a wonderful paperweight

    I purchased the Proart in October 2024. I was initially thrilled with the laptop out of box, after using it for about a week, it would begin randomly overheating, becoming to hot to touch, and would then shut down. I took it in to Best Buy and was told it was just how it worked. (seriously) a week after that visit, the laptop overheated and shut down completely. I returned to BB and they sent it off for "repairs" other than reformatting the laptop, nothing has changed. I got it back at the end of December, and it still overheats, and I can't use it more than 10 minutes. I've switched back to my original ROG and according to BB, this is a manufacturers defect, according to ASUS it's a warranty issue. So I am the owner of a $2300 paperweight. I had an excellent experience buying my first ASUS ROG, but after this disaster, I don't know what to think. I was told I had a year warranty, yet I can't get any help from BB or from ASUS. I would NOT recommend.
