Great powerful laptop

Open box is a NO-GO!

Some accessories were missing, multiple dents on the laptop, hair on the keyboard, and scratches and scuffs on the edges. Immediate refund, DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX! I thought the listing would be more accurate to the description provided on the website... Boy was I wrong. The pictures shared are from AFTER I cleaned off the hair on the laptop, looks MUCH worse in person. If this is "excellent" then I cannot begin to imagine the the "good" and "fair" quality.

Do not buy this laptop

I bought this laptop and used it tops 10 times for less than an hour each before it overheated from being left asleep for a couple hours. The bottom of the laptop warped and it no longer lays flat. ASUS wants me to pay $400 out of pocket for repairs to get it fixed. Literally all the laptop was ever used for was use the internet and maybe open 30 files. Joke of a laptop that is not worth the price.

Gives me high blood pressure

It's incredibly frustrating to use—constant lag, frozen words on the screen, and the touch screen is inconsistent. Switching between tablet and laptop mode is a nightmare because the screen orientation often lags, and sometimes the bottom tabs get cut off. I really thought I’d love this device, but maybe I got a dud. After just five days, I’m officially returning it because I can’t deal with this level of irritation from something that cost $1,500! I expected any computer to be an upgrade from my cheap Chromebook, but this one is just as frustrating. The only reason it got any stars is because it looks nice and the 2-in-1 hinges are smooth. Not to mention it gets stuck in hibernation mode and basically doesn't let you on.

Pretty laptop, deal-breaking problems

Maybe too small for me

Terrible Not worth it

When I try to move it at times it does not move at all and if I does and takes a while and then clicks on something and mind you I did not put any weight on it. - When I have videos on full screen, it lags the picture is very laggy and sometimes it stutters - I did have issues with the fan but I figured it out by changing the settings on my ASUS - Another thing I allow access to camera on Zoom and Microsoft Meetings but when it comes to the time where I need to use I turn on my camera but it does not let me - As well when I do touchscreen as I click on things it lags even more I do not understand why I am paying 2K for something that cannot function for the simple stuff.

To resolve these multiple problems, ensure Windows, drivers, applications and BIOS are up to date. Keeping the laptop updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Additionally, while accessing web applications, like Zoom and Microsoft Meetings, ensure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance, including the camera. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.
