Customers are satisfied with the ProArt PX13 laptop's overall performance, brilliant screen quality, and fast processor speed, making it suitable for creative workflows. Its portability, sufficient RAM, light weight, compact size, and abundant ports also contribute to a positive user experience. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the laptop's battery life, refresh rate, fan noise, and heat dissipation. Despite these drawbacks, the laptop appears to offer a compelling combination of power and portability for users with demanding tasks.

So far everything is perfect about this laptop. It's incredibly fast, screen is great. I was deciding between this one and P16. Be aware if you want to upgrade SSD, it is using smaller size type, 2230.

Have mostly used it to play stardew valley and it works well. I'm just getting the hang of drawing on it. It was a bit of a learning curve for me at first but it had more to do with my lack of experience. I've also used it for creating a collage photo album and it worked well for that too. So far I have no complaints.

The screen is awesome other than the auto brightness seems to make the screen go dark to bright. Easy to start and running all my programs. Warmer than my other computer but not hot.

This is a great laptop if you want power and flexibility in a small package. The computer works well for my needs which include standard writing and spreadsheets but it is also very good for Photo editing. It is light and works well as a tablet or pc. I still need to get used to the DialPad but I find it a great addition.

Nice laptop especially for the size. The ability to have a top processor, dedicated graphics card all within a 13" laptop form factor is great. Fits my need perfectly to replace my current laptop and desktop.
The screen is clear and bright. The accessibility of this laptop for the size is shocking - USB A, USB C, MicroSD and also a HDMI port on this form factor differs from the current market.

This will be the best choice for school and gaming, if you want to be able to carry it around and still get good performance, unlike the Desktops. This can still perform excellent and honestly the only thing that would be an issue for some gamers will be the screen size, but I definitely managed to get over that fact and I'm enjoying gaming and doing school. Highly recommend this if you guys are looking for similar solutions like me.

I was looking for a small laptop with a touchscreen and NVIDIA GPU. That combination is nearly impossible to find for anything under 15 1/2". This laptop is light, fast, and versatile (touchscreen) with exceptional graphics. The only downside I see is that it doesn't charge with a USB-C...probably due to the 200W power supply requirement.

This machine is almost a perfect combination of portability and power. I am knocking one star only because the battery is definitely its weakest point. I am mostly using this plugged in at home or work so no issues there, but I recently took the laptop on a trip and when I wanted to get some work done I was only able to go for a little over three hours. All in all, I am extremely happy with the laptop, and I would realistically give it 4.5 stars if possible.

Battery isnt the best but just throw it in hibernate instead of sleep, other than that pretty solid, feels way more expensive than it is. Havent had anything lag and the fans actually decently quiet under full load to me at least, love the thing and probably wouldnt trade it anything else.

This machine is excellent. Does everything I need it to and asks what's next. Ai tools built in or available to download are excellent and really fun to play with. These are nearly professional level tools if not fully capable already, at least for my knowledge level. Well worth it and loving it.

My old ASUS laptop was starting to glitch as it had been jostled around for at least five years at work when I had to travel. I was happy with the brand ASUS, and I like that I can still get a smaller size laptop.

Charger the size of an RV? why?

Laptop looks slick, works ok, not as fast as advertised, thats for sure. but decent for the size. quiet for now. but someone needs to post something on this monster of a charger! you spent so much time and money on engineering these beautiful Laptops, you called the PROART, you meant that professional artists / designers / content creators on the go can pick one up and go and then you added a charger that is almost 30% the size of the laptop? and heavy as well? it weighs almost as much as the entire laptop. you cant take something like that with you on the road, its now requires its own dolly to take this with you. WHY?
