Really loving my 13" proart. It's got TONS of power, plenty of storage and pretty good battery life so far. Considering I work from my desk at home most of the time, the mobility is pretty great. The only gripe would be that I would prefer a 14" screen, but they already sell a 15", so it's up to you if you want the smaller device, lower price, etc or the larger one.

This is a fine laptop and does what I wanted. I thought that it would come with a pen but it didn't. I wish it was compatible with more of the digital pen standards (it doesn't work with my MS Surface pen, my LG pen, my Lenovo pen, or an XPPen drawing pad pen. If I didn't need a 2in1 I would have purchased a much better-spec'd laptop for the same price. I wish that I could upgrade the RAM.

    Unreliable USB-C Charging

The biggest issue I have right now is unreliable USB-C charging. No matter what GaN power brick I'm using (I own several, 100-120w+), the charge rate eventually crawls to <5w. To fix it, you have to grab the stock charger, plug/unplug it repeatedly, until eventually the USB-C charging speed picks back up to 65w+. As someone who travels a lot, I bought this laptop specifically for its portability and the standard 200w charger isn't necessary for me 99% of the time. The fact that there's major USB-C PD negotiating issues making USB-C charging basically nonfunctional, is a dealbreaker. I should've known to expect a lot of hardware bugs, coming from a 2022 ASUS Flow X13. Unfortunately I'm past my return window.

      Dear FrankH,

      Thank you for your comment.

We do understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are having USB-C charging issue. Each of the two USB 4.0 Gen 3 Type-C ports in this laptop supports a maximum power delivery of 100 watts. This is not sufficient to charge this laptop efficiently since the required power is 200 watts. We only recommend charging this laptop using the supplied 200 watts charger or AC adapter. These USB 4.0 ports are intended to charge low-powered mobile devices.

Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at [email protected] and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.

Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.

Small and powerful. Worked without any flaws, for a 13 inch laptop this device has more to offer than most laptops this size. Since i connect this to a monitor when in office the 60hz refresh rate is not an issue for me.

I love this laptop so far! It runs quickly, the graphics are great, and it can run programs fast—only downside is low battery life outside of the charger. If you’re like me and don’t use it very often outside of school/work, this is a non-issue.

I got my laptop on cyber monday deal ($1400). After a research that took me in about two weeks, I decided to go for this laptop. Portable size, strong, so far I'm truly happy with my decision. The only downside- Battery life is very short. Other than that A+

So far (after 1 week), this laptop is excellent. The screen and speed are as good as advertised. All of the ports and peripherals (camera, microphone, speakers) work without an problem. Hardwired Internet speed even through the USB 3 port is 800+ Mb/sec (my Xfinity plan is 1Gb/sec). I haven't yet tried the GPU for AI photo enhancement - I'll do that soon.

The laptop is amazing, great graphics when gaming. Good for video-editing, 1TB SSD is good for now, 32gb mem is enough, only issue i have with it is that the battery depletes very easily.

I love this laptop. I would rate it 4.5 stars but it’s not an option so 5. I got is for $1,400-1,500 (after tax) and it’s a great buy for the specs you get. The OLED screen is amazing! The sound quality is 10/10, everything is great. Previsously I had an ASUS ROG G16 gaming laptop, and I’m glad I got this cause it’s still powerful enough to be a gaming laptop but smaller and I get the tablet mode. The 4.5 star rating would be because the touch pad tracking is sensitive and buggy… I think it has to do to a system update, because all of a sudden it just began like this for about two weeks I’ve had the laptop for a month now and there has burden numerous updates. If I use the track pad lightly I don’t have issues so I guess I need to barely drag my fingers idk. I think it has something to do with the drawing mode capabilities the track pad offers.
