This machine exceeds my expectations. The build quality is excellent and the performance is amazing. Excels at video editing, which I what I purchased for. It is simply and amazing machine.

Decided to replace with a laptop this time. As a professional photographer, I want a PC that can run Adobe LR and PS for hours without glitching and stable, immediate response to layers and brushes. As such, I like to have the highest power CPU and Ram possible. This laptop ticked all the boxes. The monitor is excellent, with great color accuracy out of the box, needed almost no calibration. Performance is stable and responsive. Was disappointed that Best Buy doesn't carry DDR5 5200 or 5600 sodimm (laptop ram). Decided to try the DDR5 4800 sodimm that is available since I wanted to use my BB giftcard. It works fine. There is only a few instances where I might notice the faster 5200 (laptop default) so I'm perfectly happy with my current configuration and don't even miss the desktop performance. Excelling build, as you can tell, I love it! After using this for a while, I've decided to purchase one for my daughter and son for graduation present as they go to college and pursue video production education. They'll probably get the next level up for the 4070 gpu. My experience has been outstanding and I love this laptop.

It honestly is the closest equivalent to a Macbook Pro that comes preloaded with Windows. I love the quality of the OLED and the computer doesn't come preloaded with a ton of bloatware like other machines.

It is a little heavy but with all the stuff it comes with, it's easy to see why. Screen display is excellent. Does everything it says it can do and then some.

Its familiar but makes some getting used to such as the smaller keyboard to make way for the knob, yet once you figure how to maximize its potential its make workflow easier.

However, a little after a year and a half into using it, the laptop began to break down - the touchscreen stopped working, and then it began to overheat and stop charging.

But I had so many issues with it from the beginning. The retention pins in usb ports were loose from the get go. The laptop ran hot all the time. I found out later it was the motherboard. I had to bring it back later and they exchanged it, leaving me to have to purchase another laptop more expensive bc this one was not longer available. So $400 more out my pocket I did not have.
