This can be best described as the Zenbook 14's bigger brother that is a 2-in-1 convertible. Pretty much everything else is identical except for the laptop size and the 2-in-1 touchscreen aspect. The RAM is soldered, but dealing with basics tasks like Microsoft office gets the job done. The MX350 graphics from NVIDIA is a great addition to help out with those who also like to game on the side. I actually got a 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD to replace the stock 256GB after downloading a couple of games from Steam. Battery life is decent depending on the use of it. Overall I have enjoyed this laptop after going back & forth a few times during the month. Makes me wish that I never did the initial trade in the first place.

Battery lasted about 5 weeks. Touchscreen delay really bad.

I was looking for a touch screen, 2-in-one, keyboard back light laptop with fast processor. Hands down this ASUS laptop not only had it all, it is super sleek, durable and easy to operate. Compared to many higher priced laptops, this one offered great value without compromising for quality. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a high quality affordable laptop for business or pleasure.

This is my second ASUS. I’m impressed with the build quality. It should be durable, given the military grade construction. The Ryzen chip is speedy & powerful. I like the hinge, giving me the option of using it like a tablet. Touch screen is great. With the 15” screen it’s the happy medium, size-wise. It’s not too bulky, either. My negative comments are few. Other reviews have knocked the 10-key number pad. It’s awkwardly narrow, probably not the best for a lot of Excel work, and the arrow keys are poorly placed and not easy to use. The speakers are good quality, but face downward on the bottom of the laptop. If they were on top of the keyboard, they wouldn’t be muffled. But then again, how could you design a laptop with both a number pad and speakers on the top of the keyboard? The GPU is good for everyday tasks but not meant for gaming. Overall, I’m happy with this model and recommend it to most everyone, but keep in mind those limitations keep it from being a 5-star product. I recommend buying a stylus from ASUS to get even more out of this nice convertible laptop.

Love my new computer. Asus really produces a quality product. It is faster than any of the other computers I have used. The face recognition is an awesome feature that makes logging in easy and fast. Best Buy makes purchasing a computer easy. My laptop was delivered to my home on the day Best Buy said it would be here. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great laptop. I was between this and a think book Lenovo i5 but I picked the Asus because of the faster CPU had a better price point all the other features were identical. Excluding the stylus pen which the thinkbook had but the CPU was the deal breaker. Extremely fast has fake show recognition and number pad also has 3.0 USB ports.

I had the Q505UA before this one and it is a solid performer. So far this computer is faster, and performs very well. I am impressed by the quality and its more compact design. Everything seems to work well. Definitely recommend for home, small office, or student. I watched online for a deal and was able to save about $300.

Love love love the touchscreen! Didn’t think that was an important aspect in choosing a computer. But boy is it convenient! Just like using my tablet. As far as the computer itself, it performs exactly as expected. Perfect for my needs. Would be a great computer for any college student.

I'm using my new ASUS for online school and it is perfect for it. I love the touch screen and I am very impressed with the AMD Ryzen processor. I was told that the memory can not be increased, so I haven't tried, but I really don't think I'll need it for school work.

Purchased this laptop so That I can put quick books on it and keep track of Business expenses, didn’t realize it was a touch screen until I got it home which is and added value. Did not need a mouse , which makes me happy. Very happy with the speed of it as well.

I bought it really just for cursing the internet after my 12 year old laptop called it quits and it does that job well. Seems like a decent and well built computer. I like the touch screen, though it's not really S-Pen compatible. Disappointed the RAM can't be upgraded; the 8 gigs is soldered on. I understand they were doing their best to maintain the thinness of the unit, but this will limit the useful life of the computer. I probably won't be getting 12 years out of it. I'd also wait unit it's on sale, being in a rush, I paid too much for it.

I replaced my Asus laptop with another Asus. This is much faster than the previous. I believe it's beneficial to update every four years or so. I love the touch screen and facial recognition login. I have no critical reviews.

I spent a couple hours playing on the available laptops on display and ultimately chose this one. Touch screen is great, audio sounds great, it's one of the louder speakers I've heard, screen is crystal clear, it moves seamlessly between programs, it starts getting a little hot and the fan kicks on when I play SIMS4 but it's not excessively loud. Syncs perfectly with my phone, I haven't tried Alexa on it yet, but that's a cool feature. It does what I need it to do: browse the internet, check emails, pay the bills, play casual games. It's got some real nice features for a mid-range priced laptop. 10/10 recommend.

I love this computer! Really fast and I can do a lot on it! It’s my first touch screen, The screen is really nice! I ended up buying a stylus for it too! What a deal!! So happy that I decided to go with this one!!

If you like gaming laptops this is the one, I was looking for a new laptop and it was between this and a dell. But this laptop runs faster and it can handle all my games. I love it now I’m happy with the product.

Beautiful machine! Feels sturdy and it's very fast. Nice screensize touch response. Only drawbacks are the backlit keyboard which seems kinda weak and the ram that appear to be soldered.
