I own z13 4060 2023 - GZ01VV and I kept getting the unsupported charger message from Armory Crate. Meaning I was unable to use the device in turbo mode and could only use the features that are supported by third party chargers( which are significantly cheaper). All software was up to date and tried every port using the cord that came with the device. Besides it not working as expected the other issue I had was it not fitting secure in the wall socket. It would often fall out or get not out of the wall pretty easily.

It is heavy and kinda long. Design is so bad. Unfortunately i have returned it. I do not recommend for wall plugs

Doesn’t turbo charge rog z13 4050gpu

I had asked here if it would run my Flow X13 2022 at full turbo, and Asus responded it did. But it did not run full turbo mode. When I went to unplug the charger from the wall. It created visible sparks from the outlet. I tried at a different outlet. And the same thing happened. Returned the item.

The worst and most expensive charger I've ever had

This charger is the worst I've ever bought. If you connect the ROG Ally and your cell phone to it, neither will charge. Typically, both ROG ALLY and a phone can be charged simultaneously. We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you getting an electrical shock when plugging it to a power source. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. To resolve this, check if your power outlet is properly grounded. Also, try connecting this charger to a power surge protector with grounding. If prblem persists, we recommend to contact your vendor for a replacement. If this is out of the replacement window from your vendor, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately.
