This charger is the worst I've ever bought. If you connect the ROG Ally and your cell phone to it, neither will charge. We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are unable to charge both ROG Ally and your phone simultaneously. Typically, both ROG ALLY and a phone can be charged simultaneously. To resolve this, check if you are using a working and compatible USB cable, and your power source where the charger is connected is working properly, also.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you getting an electrical shock when plugging it to a power source. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. To resolve this, check if your power outlet is properly grounded. Also, try connecting this charger to a power surge protector with grounding. If prblem persists, we recommend to contact your vendor for a replacement. If this is out of the replacement window from your vendor, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately.
