    Its okay better then paying 1200 dollars for the other option from Asus, Just wish they would of made it 2.1. Hdmi output instead of 2.0. Also wish for more USB ports like 3. So if you didn't have a Bluetooth keyboard & Mouse you could go wired. I would of played an extra 30 dollars for that. So its very average to me, it's Worth 30 Dollars at Most....

    Product is great, but ibwas wondering about the back below the prongs. There is a clip-like piece of plastic, what usage does this have?

    Asus Rog Mini Dock is a small useful debice, giving you USB C pass through up to 65W with HDMI 2.0 and a USB A port. Its does not work with the Switch but thats because of Nintendo I guess.

    being part of a computer when you plug it in hdm cable flash drive When you plug it in, your data is instantly on your TV, on your computer, I love it. a dock that excites me

    Good Dock, Terrible USB-C Cable

    I recently purchased the ROG Ally Extreme charger dock, and while the dock itself is great for charging and stability, the included USB-C cable is absolutely terrible. It simply does not work properly. The cable doesn't stay in place, and no matter how much I try to hold it in position, it fails to charge the device. It's frustrating because the dock seems solid, but this cable just isn't up to par. I tried swapping it out with another USB-C cable that supports both charging and video output, and it worked perfectly. That’s when I realized the included USB-C cable is poorly designed and just doesn’t do the job. If you’re buying this dock, you’ll likely need to invest in a higher-quality USB-C cable that can handle both power and data transmission. Another downside is the lack of coverage under Best Buy’s Total Tech. I was hoping the warranty would cover the faulty cable, but I was told to contact ASUS directly. This added to my frustration since it wasn’t an issue I could easily resolve through Best Buy. Bottom line: The charger dock is fine, but don’t waste your time with the included USB-C cable. Be prepared to buy a better one separately if you want it to work properly.

    Used the dock to display a video to over 300 people for a funeral and it never skipped a beat. Well worth the money if you want the proprietary parts for your Ally.

    Pretty good charger but I find myself using my anker 65w charger more but I do like that I can hook up and hdmi and stream the video through it .

    If you own an Ally the Rog charger will be really helpful because it allows you to connect it to a monitor while charging.

    Its good for travel as its very portable bit for the price you can get better docks.. i love the idea of it but implementation is poor.. cable managment is a nightmare

    I bought this thinking it would be great, really nice to have everything all together and ready to go. This is my second dock and both have given me the same issue. After a while, the usb and power cable fail to stay connected and will continuously disconnect and then reconnect. I made sure it wasnt the wall outlet and that all cables were clean and not cracked. If it was the first one id be more forgiving, but it being the second, i cant say im impressed. Looks like ill be switching to a third party dock…

    You would think for a $65 dollar accessory it would sustain a longer lifespan. Literally bought one of these in August 2023 and here I am on Nov 26 left with a charging dock that out of the three ports works. The HDMI function is still usable but what’s the point when it can’t even charge my Rog Ally at the same time. Disappointed in this one Asus

    It never worked with the image: only charger. Asus poor cutomer service trasfering me from place to place. I never got a call back from Asus 1 year warranty and they will not honor: you are better of by buying a generic brand.

    The power supply or dock shorting out game console making strange noises and vibrations. I only use few months.
