This case is amazing, the hard shell helps keep things safe and secure. The compartment for charging cable has enough space for other small wires, dongles, etc. The zipper can be a little hit or miss in terms of smoothness (sometimes you really have to pull on it with a but of force to get it to close up)

Just received this case this morning for my Ally X and I'm glad I bought this official case instead of a cheap $25 one from Amazon. The case is built very well providing protection for your handheld. The inside is soft and does not have any kind of abrasive material that will scratch you screen or the shell of the handheld. It provides a compartment for my charger for travel and a flap that includes 5 micro as card slots. The case even has a built in stand for the Ally if you don't feel like playing it as a handheld allowing you to use a controller if you want. This official case is worth the money with a sturdy build and would definitely recommend this case over a cheaper one. It's worth the extra money to buy this case instead. This is definitely the best case protective case over all the other ones I've owned over the years.

Good case to protect your ROG Ally X. Has a place for the charging cable and soft Velcro straps to hold the Ally in place. Zipper is high quality and doesn’t bind. One complaint the charger storage compartment should have been made bigger.

This case is sleek, sturdy, and screams "Don’t mess with me or my gaming gear." It’s like putting your ROG Ally in its own little fortress. The hard shell could probably survive a tumble down a flight of stairs (not that I’ve tested this… yet). The inside is lined with soft material that cradles your Ally like a baby in a fancy bassinet. Traveling with this thing? A breeze. It’s slim enough to slip into a backpack or carry-on, but tough enough to protect your precious console from the horrors of airport security conveyor belts. I tossed it into my overstuffed suitcase, wedged between a pair of hiking boots and a pineapple (don’t ask), and my Ally came out unscathed. The handle on this case is a game-changer. It makes you feel like you’re carrying something way more important than a gaming device. I walked through the airport with this case in hand, and I swear people thought I was a VIP on my way to a high-stakes esports tournament. Is it pricey for a case? Sure. But when you’re protecting something as cool (and expensive) as the ROG Ally, it’s worth it. Plus, it makes traveling feel organized—a rare feeling for someone like me who usually packs in a panic. TL;DR: This case is the ultimate travel companion. If you love your ROG Ally, get this case. It’s like a first-class ticket for your favorite gaming device.

Does what it was designed to do - protect your Ally. Picked up an Ally X for gaming on the go. Needed a case, and this is what they had at the time. Have not put it through the paces travel-wise, yet, so cannot comment on durability, crush-proofness, etc., but it's nice to keep it in the case when not in use. Zipper is a bit difficult to close/open, but may ease up some with more use. Bottom compartment for charger is a bit small to handle the stock charger+cable, but they will fit. All in all, does what I need it to do.

Bought my ROG ALLY X for an upcoming trip, and I needed something that would hold it firmly while traveling. It's very nice. Some additional space for additional accessories and memory cards I would assume. I have none, but I like that it's there

Got this to go with my Ally X. The case itself is pretty great quality. Has a great look and nice feel and the Ally fits perfectly for a very snug safe storage. There is a flap you close over the screen for more protection.

It does exactly what it is supposed to, and when traveling, it clearly protects the device well. It has storage for the charger as well, so it is all packed nicely with good protection.

This case for the ROG Ally X is well-made and does offer solid protection, but it falls short of expectations—especially at this price point. It’s bulky, yet surprisingly doesn’t have space for essential accessories like a charger or cables. If you're going to market something as "premium," it should offer more than just a snug fit for the device. A truly premium case should cover the full experience, including storage for accessories. As it stands, it's a decent protective shell, but not a complete solution.

Perfect fot for the Asus rog ally x. Very solid build quality and protection

This case is tough, sleek, and fits the ROG Ally like a glove. It keeps your device safe from scratches and bumps, and there’s even room for accessories. If you’re traveling or just want to protect your investment, this case is a no-brainer.

If you need a travel case that makes your Ally feel cozy and well protected, you can't go wrong with this one. The small compartment in the bottom underneath the extra flap is a bit snug for your adapter, but it does the job without making it hard to close with the ally on top.

It is bigger than i thought. It is hard and will protect your rog ally at home. For that use, totally recommended. To travel not so useful
