At first they connected but I couldn't get any sound. The software said it needed a firmware update but I had to do it through the phone. I connected my phone and there was no place to do the update. Support is non-existent. If you try the regular channels the category of audio/headset/earbuds doesn't exist so you can't move forward. I did finally find the category but then it required area and USA was not on the list. Finally used Best Buy tech support and got them connected and the sound was all crackly and cut in and out. I returned them.

But I eventually returned them due to poor overall sound quality and when I put the earbuds back in the case 50% of the time they wouldn't disconnect from my ally or my phone.

The wireless earbuds has a omnidirectinal microphone with a sensitivity of -45dB and has a response time of 20Hz - 20KHz. Usually, if the the receiving end can't clearly hear when making a call, this is a wireless signal issue. Please check if both ends are getting an excellent wireless signal since poor and unstable wireless signal or connection will definitely affect the microphones audio quality. Also, verify if the device to which the earbuds are connected is working properly.

Beware my bearded friends
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My thoughts….excellent fit and a good sound, but if you have any kind of beard the long hollow stems will CONSTANTLY give a direct scratchy noise right into your ear canal! I couldn’t take it! I use AirPods Pro which have short and solid (battery filled) stems so I don’t get that. Might sound stupid but if you have a beard beware!

The sound is ok when you adjust it. They are for gaming and not deep base but suprised how well the fit and did not fall out of my ears. For gaming I prefer the FPS setting as it is clear and noticable where noises are coming from. Also be sure to have game mode on to have lower latency. For the price and not having a USB stick to connect and only rely on Bluetooth they are a good contender. Just do not expect headphone quality or response time.
