Good headset if you own a ROG Ally

Overall, this is a good headset. Two minor issues. One, the battery life is mediocre. Second, there is no indicator showing the state of charge. Otherwise, the sound quality is good, fit is comfortable, build quality is acceptable but not great. Branding makes it a great companion for the ROG Ally and it's nice to have a dedicated headset.

Great sound, the delay for playing games is or making music is out of this world fast. There’s basically no delay. My biggest issue was that they are so uncomfortable, I mean my ears hurt to bad after wearing them for like an hour.

Touch controls are a little iffy compared to AirPod pros but these headphones are punchy and the RGB on the case is a nice touch. Battery life is an A+ as well

I love this product so much. They stay in your ears and have amazing quality. Not only do they work for music and calls but also work great for gaming. The call quality is amazing as well. I have never been able to call using headphones until now. I have been using these for almost a week now and i have only had to charge the case once for about 2 hours at least. If you are thinking about buying any other product like air pods or anything like that dont because this works perfectly.

Very good sound! Fits well in ears! I do wish the batteries lasted a little longer on them they say 20 hrs but max 5 hours maybe. They glitch some as well with charging in case. Good for gaming very little delay.

    Great For Solo Gaming

These headphones are great for listening to music and solo gaming. The in-game sound when playing games by yourself is outstanding, however, I would highly advise against purchasing these headphones if you are going to game competitively with friends. The in-game sound goes from a 9/10 down to a 2/10 when you join a party with friends. They are not meant to be a dual microphone + competitive party gaming headset. That was not my expectation when I decided to purchase these, so that is why I still give these headphones a 4/5. You really just need to understand what you are buying. These headphones are not going to replace your mid-high quality over-ear gaming headset.

I bought these to have a dedicated pair of ear buds for my ROG Ally - that’s probably the reason most people buy them, I didn’t expect much for the price but have been blown away by how good they are. Out of the box they’re a comfortable fit, they stayed paired (flawlessly), and they sound amazing. I own AirPods Pro and comparable Beats earbuds and these are easily on par for half the price, at least in terms of sound quality. Pleasantly shocked.

    Not good for PC gaming

I bought these for PC gaming, and they have a major problem that made me return them. They only connect via Bluetooth, which has a limitation: you can't have high-quality audio and mic at the same time. This means, if you use in-game voice comms on PC or console, the audio quality degrades to that of a phone call. It's a deal-breaker. I exchanged these for the Soundcore VR P10 earbuds (which are actually cheaper!). They are "made for Meta" and classified under VR, but they really should be marketed toward PC/console gamers as well. The key difference is that the Soundcore buds come with a 2.4ghz wireless dongle. This eliminates the Bluetooth problem, and allows you to use in-game voice comms with no audio quality loss. They work perfectly. These ASUS buds claim low-latency for gaming, which may mislead people (like me) into thinking they will work well for PC or console. But these are better suited for mobile/handheld gaming. I'm writing this review to save other people the trial and error I went through :) The sound quality of the ASUS buds is fantastic, to be fair, and the aesthetic is very nice. I love the way the lights look. They are good earbuds. They just didn't suit my needs.

I have used these many times and the only issue that I have with it is that the battery doesn't last as long as advertised I can mauve use them for 3-4 hours before they die on me. Other than that sound quality and microphone quality are spectacular.

Audio quality and noise cancelation are both decent but not great. Not super comfortable but not uncomfortable either. Can be somewhat difficult to use for calls since it does not isolate outside noise well. Pairing with my phone can be a bit tricky sometimes. I have used it on my gaming PC as well with roughly the same experience/takeaway. Perfectly content for the $65 I spent when I found it on sale, but probably would have been disappointed if I had paid the full $100.

I was a little skeptical about switching from a headset to ear buds. I am not an audiophile but the sounds are crisp and clear. The ambient noise canceling mode is absolutely phenomenal. It drowns out everything from an angry wife to a crying baby. The mic is pretty impressive as well. In game I can hear every footstep, pin drop and sound.

I originally bought these ear buds with my ROG ally on purchase, I needed a decent pair of earbuds and saw these on the shelf. For what they are they’re quite good, software support is currently still excellent from armory crate. It has a highly customizable EQ setting and various audio scenarios. They also have a dedicated gaming mode to help with latency which actually makes a world of difference during play. As for the battery I haven’t noticed many issues as they’ve never died on me during play, but I usually charge them about once a week give or take. All in all solid ear phones. Only thing I’m worried about is durability of the case and sometimes audio gets funky when used on my phone. Would still recommend for any gamer needing a portable gaming audio solution.

I was impressed by these in many ways. Has good, clear audio, easy to connect. I used with my ROG Ally without issues. The noise canceling was way better than I expected and battery seems to be good also. I wish they had an option to turn up the volume on the buds is all.
