Specifically, the build quality feels fairly premium given the price whereas a lot of laptops similarly priced have more of a cheap feeling. Especially with how thin they have managed to make this laptop the cooling is very good with little fan noise

The screen was the biggest negative on the previous version (ghosting was nauseating) The keyboard is solid, igpu does well enough (i connect with the xgm 3080 with ZERO issues). Download ghelper and ditch armory crate (all your issues will be resolved).

I'm a automotive technician and needed a laptop to used as a scanner that can easily go in and out of vehicles. This is the perfect size for that...I wouldn't go more than 14" for that purpose. This is light weight, perfect ! However it makes me curious how durable it might be if i drop it? It is a plastic body. It's touch screen. I'm very pleased with this opened box purchase!!!

Looks nice ad very fast. Touch screen mode is a bit finicky—one time had to reboot to make it work, another time the keyboard was still working in tablet mode and had to flip it back and forth to make it working properly. Overall, it’s still a good laptop and light enough to carry around.

Out of the box, this would not come out of sleep without rebooting. I tried everything I could to resolve it, updating drivers, settings, etc. Eventually, I re-installed Windows 11 keeping user settings/apps. No luck. Then from scratch. That seemed to fix it (for a bit). But, that didn't matter. There were still graphics stability problems - any 3D game or benchmark would crash the graphics system. No driver updates or anything would resolve it. I've wasted an entire day trying to get a brand new laptop to work as expected. Not worth my time, and I don't need these headaches down the road. Forums showed a lot of people have had ongoing sleep and stability problems with the Flow x13. I don't need to join this crowd. Shame, because otherwise it is a very snappy little computer, and the graphics performance was actually impressive enough (until it would crash). I also found the display colors were off and it seemed poorly calibrated - which I managed to fix with AMD's brightness adjustment (not screen brightness level). It also wasn't super uniform. I questioned if it'd be adequate for photo editing. Apparently the higher end versions of this with dedicated graphics chips have a better display.

Perfect little Work/light gaming machine

The CPU/GPU combo works great for Rocket League, WoW, and other lighter games. I travel for work and this keeps me going in between home gaming sessions

I got an amazing deal when Best Buy had over $400 off. Luckily I was able to buy at the low price because it quickly sold out. Haven’t had any problems with it!
