||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't receive new computer. BestBuy decided to ship instead of letting me pickup from local store. I tried to stop after receiving email that it shipped. Email stated someone over 18 had to be at house. Nobody home nor I could take off. Company use of bots to handle issues didn't help and UPS sent back.
