The CPU and graphic card are great! But I recommend to put dual channel RAM and buy a liquid cooler and if you don’t want to struggle putting the liquid cooler, it is better to buy a bigger case because mine fits but it’s too tight. I attached the before and after of mine.

Overall, a very good PC for its money. Very easy to use, understand and set up. I purchased this to replace an HP Omen that was having some issues with staying powered and running hotter than it should while under any stress. Pros: Solid construction Reliable equipment comes pre-installed Runs very fast and hasn't had any issues Very affordable Cons: ASUS was not very helpful with installation of aftermarket accessories, I was told that they do not recommend any upgrades to their systems. Case does not come with mounting hardware for any aftermarket accessories, you'll either need to make your own or create your own mounting holes on the case under the plastic exterior (Didn't take me too long to do) I recommend immediately upgrading the fans and cooling system. I purchased Corsair LL120 fans and an iCUE H110i Elite Capellix to complete this (The 115 doesn't fit). Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Right out the box keeps getting blue screen of death, works for a few minutes then states device ran into a problem and restarts what problem should a brand new never used computer have? Don’t have time to try to fix what should work right, if messing up in first 5 minutes hate to see problems five months from now!!!!

Overall it is a good pc especially if you cant get ahold of the GPU by itself due to scrappers. I did not have a problem with stock or delivery. When I was waiting for it I had trouble finding specs so here is a list. I still cannot find some of the brands of the parts but here is what I found. Cpu- Ryzen 7 3700X (The cooler is a cheap version, Not the Wraith version) GPU-ASUS Phoenix 3060 (the fan is not a double like the picture states, but it is still great) Motherboard-Asus B550 Prime A (small mobo, don't need to upgrade it now, but may in a year or two) RAM-1x 16GB RAM(offbrand) SSD- Western Digital 256gbNVMe HDD-Toshiba 1TB hard drive (can't find exact part) Case-some version of Asus Rog Strix case (too small for most upgrades) PSU-I honestly don't know( I have heard reviews say it's a great wall 500w, 600w, or 750w) Overall I am happy with what I got as you can't get a 3060 for a good price. As seen in most ASUS Pcs it needs a better case and cooling. Potential Upgrades- New Case (I'm doing NZXT h510i) New Cpu cooler( I would go w AIO such as NZXT x63 or corsair) Dual Channel Ram( I would switch to dual channel ram and take out current since AMD works better with a dual-channel) Better Fans( literally any fans but the ones it comes with) I'm no expert so do not take this review for a fact. All of these upgrades are for future-proofing and making it ideal for me. It functions fine and it won't die right out of the box. I have had it for 3 days. I would change the frequency of both the CPU and GPU to a safer speed until you get better cooling so they are not running so hot. I am also not a big fan of OC so I turned down my settings. I used MSI afterburner and the system BIOS to change these settings. I bought this computer for 250 off on black Friday so it was a good price, thus wait for a good price before you buy it. Congratulations on making it to the end of the review.

      Dear Kel1293,

We're sorry to hear that your unit does not work out of the box. Have you tried charging it for a couple hours prior to turning it on? We would recommend that you perform a hard reset. 1. Unplug the charger
      2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
      3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally
If the issue persist, we would recommend that you reach out ti Best Buy to get a replacement model. At first this was a dream PC then after a few months I started noticing issues. The first issue is CPU Fan that is suppose to come with the AMD Ryzen chip was removed and replaced with a 20 dollar fan that can’t keep my temps under 70° C. Next I thought I could add fans but the MB didn’t have the pins attached to the CHA FAN2 slot so I couldn’t do that either. So I decided to switch cases and upon taking out the power supply I noticed it too was a cheap off brand power supply that ASUS wouldn’t include in their build. So I have spent more money buying new parts that the manufacturer or someone took away from my PC. However the graphics card and CPU are great so that’s why I gave it 3 stars

I am a first time PC gamer; this is my first build at all. CPU and GPU are great, but what's shown in the picture is not what you get. Picture show a full size RTX, but you actually get a smaller ASUS RTX Phoenix (still a good card but, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). Comes with one stick of ram instead of the 4 shown in the pictures (still fine, the RAM is a single 16GB dual-channel stick but FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). The photo shows a motherboard, but the one you receive is totally different. You will get Asus Prime B550m-K (if I'm not mistake, another FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) You will need a new PC case if you really want to make good upgrades on it. I had to buy a 92mm pc case fan to change the one that's come with the PC. Also comes with very cheap ASUS mice & keyboard and not the RGB stuff shown in the picture, so there's another FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The case is hard to take apart, I struggled adding an extra fan case. Right now, I'm debating and doing my research on which CPU cooler I would get, because you actually won't get the one shown on picture, so there's another FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You'll need to buy a good CPU cooler. I made some upgrades: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600 92mm "Be Quite!" fan case To be continue...

Great Cpu and graphics card for the price would rate higher due to the poor air flow of the pc and cpu fan/motherboard/RAM this is a 3 star review. I recommend swapping the motherboard/ram for dual channel/cpu fan/ pc case. also if you find the pc not wanting to turn on press the power hard it seems to not be connecting to the board when press lightly. other than that it will run games with all setting set to the highest with no issues. Great value !

Comes with one stick of ram instead of the 4 shown in the pictures (still fine, the RAM is a single 16GB dual-channel stick but FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). And you will 100% need a new PC case. I had to temporarily zip tie a dual 120mm fan to the front rungs and run the cpu and other case fan at clown speeds to cool everything appropriately. Also comes with very bland ASUS M&K and not the RGB stuff in the pictures so another FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The case was horrible to take apart so good luck with that. Cheers.

I bought this setup on Black Friday and I was worried since I saw the reviews AFTER the purchase. A lot of people were on here talking down on the cooling and the noise of the PC. Maybe it’s the room I have it in, the fact that I have it in an open air area, or the fact that I only run 1 game at a time without streaming but I don’t have the noise issue. I bought a new CPU cooling fan and a couple extra fans just in case but as of right now I don’t really need it. Computer automatically saves everything on the SSD, so as soon as I finished the initial install I switched all other data to save on the HDD. Computer boots up super fast and everything loads very fast. The mouse and keyboard are very simple so if you are a mouse and keyboard player you should look into investing or bundling higher quality items with this purchase. The case is small so it limits your customization options. For those people like me, who just do basic gaming, this computer is perfect for you.

Overall good performance for a decent price. I normally prefer custom builds, but this prebuild from Asus is nice because it comes with an Asus B550MK motherboard that works great with 2/3/5th gen ryzen processors. Has rgb light strip around the glass side panel which is nice. The only issue i see is the mininun amount of fans it comes with to cool the pc. Has a cpu fan cooler and 1 fan on the back of the case for exhaust. Would prefer at least 4-5 fans for intake/exhaust for cooling.
