    Help with crashing?

    Purchased this desktop almost a week ago. Upgraded the Ram right away to 2 16gb sticks for dual channel. After about 2-3 hours of use it freezes, crashes and reboots. Any way to fix this?

    i do like it but shipping was very late and it looks ugly but i bought it but it had very late delivery delays and i dont know but best buy will do about it but it keeps getting delayed more and more so best buy could i get a compensation for the wait

    Didn't know you could get a V8 engine in a PC

    This PC was put in place for a return on a CyberPower that went dead after 5 days. It was shipped in one day, which is good, and proved my point that when my older PC wouldn't display on my monitor, it wasn't the monitors, but either a faulty motherboard or graphics card. As soon as I opened up the casing, I noticed the issue with the fans and got worried, along with that it comes with a glass panel that you can't even screw on so I didn't see the point in it. The sound and I kid you not sounded as if I was hopping into a Dodge Challenger and turned it on. It was super loud, and putting on my headset wouldn't even drown it out, not to mention how loud it would sound in the hallway After 30 minutes of having it on, it succeeded the limit from the fan speed and temperature, causing the BIOS to crash the PC. After that, starting it up was like trying to rev up a faulty chainsaw, making a loud sound, and then shutting off. Like other comments, if you're interested in this PC, know before that you must upgrade the fans inside, and possibly the chassis as well. I don't see why anyone should keep this dumpster fire from Asus unless you're gonna upgrade it. I am only giving one star because of the 3060 in it which was from Evga.

    Shuts off within seconds after turning on.

    Well what can I say, first time buying a desktop and first time buying asus product. Horrible first buyer experience I was much excited to purchase this pc and start to get some work going. However I couldn’t even get it started, the furthest I have gone it the set up process is selecting a language and boom shuts off. Very frustrating because I now don’t have a computer to get my work done. I kinda wish I have read the reviews because it seems like there been similar situations. I called asus support and they were not able to help, recommended to return it. Suggestions: Disconnect the power outlet and hold power key for a certain time. Start up the computer… worked for a min then shuts off Suggestion #2 : turn power on and tap f2 key . Shuts right off. As a first time customer this is very unsatisfying and frustrating. Really making me think twice of buying a product from asus. Planning on demanding a refund and search for other pc

    Worst experience ever

    First one had no video display at all. Brought back to store and they verified that it was a bad computer. They had no more in stock, so i drove to another store to get another one. When i got home and hooked it up, same exact problem!! After a very long phone call with Asus tech support, they agreed that it is also bad! I couldn’t more angry or dissapointed. I am returning to the store for a refund.

    Maybe worth it for the parts

    Buyer beware, the shoddy manufacturing and configuration of this prebuilt shows. Don't purchase this machine and expect it to run graphics-heavy content out of the box. I've had major overheating issues that the cheap processor cooler and single exhaust fan haven't been able to handle. I will be stripping this machine for parts very soon.

    I purchased my asus gaming desktop on may 18th, only having a few games installed, and streamed netflix here and there, the computer literally made a LOUD popping noise followed by other small pop sounds. 1400$ down the drain.. do not purchase. If i could rate O stars i would

    Computer not working

    Does not work at all and we had 2 computers from 2 different stores both do not work at all the first store we bought the first one at even tried to see if they could get it to work and nothing so they sent us to another store and the second one the same thing doesn’t even start

    I got this PC a couple weeks ago I don't know why my FPS is so bad I downloaded my drivers and everything and I have every thing on to Performance and it's still not good FPS can someone help me
