Bought this computer to my son on January 13Th 22, since day one computer seem to be working on full capacity, loud fans and I mean loud , running constantly trying to low temperature of internal components. At first i thought it would get better but no, . Today, March 4th 22, brought it to Best Buy, return not accepted, had to pay 200 dollar to Their Gueek squad thing , so they can try to figure out the problem, right now they have the computer , the 200 I paid only covers labor, and not sure but I could end up paying more for parts, long story short, very frustrating with this purchase, saved money to gift a “nice” product and I ended in this situation. Don’t buy this product, not good at all

Tried different ram and everything I could think of. Returned it and got an iBuyPower with a 12700F and a 3070 and never looked back.

Purchase for GPU only - But gpus are available now

The CPU cannot keep up with the GPU and the machine has horrible air flow. The machine overheats constantly and resets or shuts down randomly NO MATTER WHAT POWER SETTINGS you use. I have configured every power option and cpu top and bottom speeds. I am pc literate and done everyu STOP SLEEPING "fix" and this machine is driving me insane. It's like I paid 1400 for the GPU and now have to buy the rest of the components to have a reliable machine. Horrible setup.

I'm sorry to hear that the unit overheats and shutdown. What you've experienced was not intentional and this is a random case. Does it shut down on idle? Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient airflow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource-hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.
