I've had this for a week, and not too impressed. I should have read the comments better which a few state that unless you upgrade the cooler, this Desktop can and will shutdown randomly.
I've read and researched online quite a bit. Updated graphics drivers and made sure Bios was good. Tonight probably my last night and will return/exchange tomorrow. Maybe easy to fix this PC with upgrades, but I was looking for something I could use off the bat to gaming/mining and this isn't it. Processor and GPU are great, but setup is horrible.

If you want a gaming PC with no headaches get this; but cooling is not the best, due to no easy option to add case fans.
Additionally, this is the best way to get 30xx GPU’s at none scalper prices.

Excellent gaming PC. I struggle to find any game it can't handle even at 4K! Only con is that it is a little loud, but a new exhaust fan does the trick! Highly recommend!

Purchased because it costs the same price as video cards these days, but this PC is impressive. RTX 3070 with 11th gen Intel i7 and 16GB RAM make this a great gaming PC and a great PC overall. And the price is unbelievable considering the graphics power. I'm very happy with this except for the picture in best buy website of an RGB keyboard which it clearly does not have. Also the case is very minimalistic with only 1 rear fan. You will not be able to add any water cooling or more fans without buying a new case or modifying this case. After purchasing a different case to replace this, you would no longer be in a good price range. The case works but it doesn't provide great cooling.

An amazing set up!!! At least internally, had the pc for like two days and got it all set up. Started playing apex legends… bam shut down within about 10 mins. Looked up reviews before I bought the pc and knew it had ventilation issues, attempted to install extra fans and bought an intercooler as well, sadly only two fans fit legit and the other one was half ziptied to the case and it unfortunately still shut down after overheating (thank you intel for making the processor a heater as its secondary function) :) All I had to do was get an extra case with the fans preinstalled, pop the intercooler in and bam 2000 bucks for what should cost collectively 3000 not bad for rn.

Am acceptable rtx 3070 prebuilt. The cooling is very cheaply built, and it’s loud sometimes, but acceptable to me. Ram stick seems cheap too, and cpu is average. But WiFi has very bad connection, I’m getting a WiFi adapter from amazon to get better WiFi.

The great computer comes with a B569 asus motherboard which is a great motherboard also comes with a great i 7 11 th gen also with Nvidia RTX 3070 dual oc asus only problem is the AI own would need to be changed which is not that bad other than that great product. With the AA are you calling it at 77 Celsius with a game with a very small air cool not bad but I would definitely change it with the water calling aio and with all that heat the motherboard was still only 30 Celsius it’s a great motherboard everything in there is great except the air your fan will need to be changed for the price I don’t think that’s not that bad.

Salvageable

This PC can be summarized in one word: salvageable.
As a note, I'm completely new to computers and building/constructing any. This is my first overall gaming desktop.
When I got the PC, I was attempting to figure out how to take off the front panel, which so happened to have a major bottom bump that would make it that much more difficult to take it off. Taking off the front panel also seems to permanently bend part of the hinges on the back (although, that might be my fault). My back panel no longer tightly fits in.
In addition to this, the case is very small and compact. Whether you see this as a good thing or bad thing is up to you. However, it's very hard to fit something like a Noctua CPU cooler (I used the Noctua NH-D15S) without having to leave the case fully open. The stock fans, like many of the other reviews have said, are HORRIBLE. Attempting to download or even sometimes simple video watching will cause the desktop to roleplay as a NASA rocket ship. VERY loud.
The parts are pretty good, there's a solid GPU, motherboard, RAM, PSU, etc. The only main gripe I had with it was the extremely small case and horrible, loud cooling. The GPU that I got was an ASUS Dual 3070, which isn't the best but it's definitely viable. I manage to pull decent frames within several games (Borderlands 3: AVG 110 FPS Ultra, Minecraft SEUS Renewed + RLCraft: AVG 100 FPS Max). This was, however, after I had installed my Noctua NH-D15S.
You will need a few more fans and like an extra hundred or so dollars in order to make this a feasible setup. The cooling is horrendous, but not unfixable. It honestly wasn't too hard to install a new CPU cooler, took 10 mins max. However, it will be a pain to take off the front cover, as you'll feel like you're gonna break something whenever you do. You need to put some force into it. To do this, you need to pull out the three tabs on the back cover and then somewhat exert some force on the 3 tabs sticking out in the front cover. Do not overexert, your power cable may become loose. If you find that your power button isn't working anymore, try to push it back into the socket.
Anyways, I'd get this computer only if you're able to purchase an extra CPU cooler and maybe one extra fan. It's not necessary to buy more than maybe one 120 mm exhaust fan + a CPU cooler, at least from my experiences using the Noctua NH-D15S. Please do note that if you plan on using an air cooler that you know the dimensions, a NH-D15S will cause you to leave your front panel open. I personally take that sacrifice due to the fact that I don't care too much about aesthetics and I'm able to clean it. However, many people may think otherwise. It could possibly be better to take an AIO cooler. In addition, please make sure to also have some handy zip ties with you. Fans are almost impossible to install unless you have them and/or are capable of drilling holes big enough to fit 120mm fans. I've also been unable to find a way to remove the top panel to install a top fan potentially, but you honestly don't need one. All you really need is one intake fan in the front and a decent CPU cooler.
Good parts, somewhat bad execution overall. I'd buy it if you're able to upgrade.

Bought an open-box unit for ~1500. Fans are horrible as everyone else mentioned. You don`t need to replace them right away, it's not gonna shut down for overheating. However, for long-term use, you must replace the fans.
CAUTION: anything above 80mm exhaust fan is not going to fit. Go for a Noctua 80mm fan.
You can fit a 120mm intake fan in the front.
If you are getting an air CPU cooler, the max you can go is 92mm or 5-inch height.
This is not a LHR model.

Decent Specs Plagued by Poor Build

I'm giving this a 1-star review because of the absolute idiocy of the build of this computer. If you want something that works well out of the box, do NOT get this desktop (like others are saying)! The fans run crazy and the computer runs hot from simply starting it up and idling in Windows from the get go. This computer overheated and turned off automatically when just sitting in Windows doing nothing. Continued to overheat, got blue screen of death once, and would get CPU overheated alerts when trying to start. Also, when trying to restart the screen would go black and the computer itself wouldn't load up Windows again. I ended up replacing it for another and decided to make the modifications needed.
Once you've put money into liquid cooling, this computer works well. However, the case is EXTREMELY tight for making modifications, so be prepared. You can install a double fan liquid cooling unit without removing the bottom cover which is keeping the cables pretty clean, however, it does require you to move around several cables that are secured and re-route them a bit. Once done, it'll go quiet...but it's a good amount of time invested to fix something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
End of the day - don't buy this if you expect to be able to have no issues right out of the box. If you want a good system once you've made the proper modification, then it'll worth well. Modifications for this aren't just a "nice to have", they're REQUIRED!

Dear Cole,
We do understand your concern about thermal issues.
It is normal for for the fan to spin at full-throttle and the laptop, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down.

When it works, It works great, However, the thermals on this PC are highly concerning, it reaches 100 C quite often, shuts off randomly, and throttles all the time. I've done everything short of voiding my warranty to get this pc to run stably and to no avail. If you want a plug and play experience, then this PC is not for you. Save your money and wait for the parts to become available. It isn't worth the hassle, as ASUS customer support is horrible.

These prebuilds come with an ASUS 3070 Dual.
If you're going to use this build as a daily computer, I highly suggest redoing its cooling. The included CPU cooler and one exhaust is barely enough to keep this machine running. Change the cooling curve in the BIOS to Quiet rather than Standard and you'll see better temps right away.

Not bad, just went into bios to fix fan speed as a review earlier stated and have a fan blowing air into the front for now. Got a new case, and cpu cooler coming in. I would've gone custom but with the situation with the market im more than happy with this set up. I was looking at other prebuilds but didn't wanna take a chance with a junk motherboard or a gpu brand that I didn't want. I'd recommend this if your willing to upgrade the few things that needs to be addressed.

Before I put the order, I reviewed many other people's reviews. I like the desktop generally. As other people said, you have to upgrade the cooling system. When I say cooling system, it means you have to upgrade a CPU cooler and back case 80mm fan. They are sooooo noisy. A lot of people upgrade an AIO cooler for CPU, I do not recommend that. Because the front panel is hard to open and install the cooling. I bought a cooler master cooler, but it is so big and I cannot close the panel. Therefore, I recommend you buy a low fan or 80mm/92mm CPU cooler.

Fans are loud. I followed DNPS’ advice on components to improve cooling. Add - Corsair h100 cappellix. Thermal paste. Noctua 92mm fan. Have a great machine now. Saw the GPU selling on Amazon for 1500. So feels like a good buy.
Here’s info on the install I had to figure out alone -
Remove front and both sides to make this all easier.
The tall plastic rod on upper inside of plastic front cover will need to be shortened if you mount the capellix radiator and fans to the front. Front seemed best spot. Otherwise. Front cover won’t go back.
The power button light in the front plastic - is also the power button. To easily install the cooler - you’ll need to remove it. Make sure you put it back in securely or it won’t work. Has to be seated in properly.
Before installing the radiator - clip the wire tie to the above mentioned power switch. You’ll need to re route it and make it longer due to routing around radiator.
I attached the fans to the radiator with the 8 short screws. THEN I used 2 of the other 4 case fan screws to attach the fans with radiator to the front case. I was able to line up two fan holes around the middle of the radiator. It worked well. A video I saw used the long screws. Didn’t line up well though. This method I used was easy for one person.
I read the radiator fans should blow outwards. Makes sense. I May reverse at some point. But so far. Temps are excellent and it makes no noise.
Good luck.

I had this computer for about a week already. It's a good computer if you have knowledge taking apart a computer because you will need to update the cooling in this computer.
Computer run pretty hot out of the box and single fan on it ramps up quite a lot. I ended up investing in some fans and a better CPU cooler. You will need to make this changes for the computer to run silent and cooler. Buy this pc if you are okay investing some time and extra cash to upgrade necessary components in the pc.

I bought this gaming computer for my 15 year old son for Christmas. So far he loves it. I was hesitant in buying it because of the price, but after looking around, this was the best value for the money. Th store associate was also great. He took his time in explaining the features of the computer. He answered Al my questions and was very patient. Overall my experience was great. I would recommend this gaming computer to anyone that is hesitant in buying a gaming computer.
