Ordered online and got it in two days. This thing rocks!
I can run my games at the highest graphics settings and not miss a beat. Right now I am playing Destiny 2 at the highest settings in 4K and it runs like a champ. The fans don’t get loud and my GPU is barely over 50%.
My wife is also able to run her Photoshop and Lightroom without any issues. She gets pretty technical with it and it has been flawless.
Not sure why some reviews say it’s okay for games. It is amazing! I have tested it.
Outside of performance, I love the handle. It allows me to move the rig from my TV to my monitor. The RGB lighting is awesome as well. Also, love the looks of it. It’s not a boring box like some. It makes me feel cool, like I am a pro gamer.
If you need a good high end rig for the best value, go for it!

It looks pretty great runs pretty well with its performance. Really great pc for the $1200. I always check inside of the pc first to see if there are any issues with. There wasn’t. There were some colored wires which wasn’t an issue with me. Plus it had a single channel ram. But I can add another 16 gb ram soon. Plus it has the ROG ASUS RTX 2070 Super. And not some generic GPU. I’ve only been using this for 2 days so I will update after a week or two. Runs really quiet I haven’t played any heavy games yet. But I will soon. The cooler is better than the one that was $1500 that had a little fan cooler. OVERALL excellent PC.

It’s a great gaming computer it’s handled every game I’ve thrown at it from dark souls 3 to apex to the medium all on high settings and over 60fps. Only downside in my opinion is when I watch a video for a while or leave it idle when I go to resume it’ll freeze for a second or two the system will get loud but then it goes back to normal. Still annoying tho. Also WHATS THIS FLAP FOR

This is my first pc since switching from console, and i have to say, not bad. It is not a beast of a rig but it gets the job done and looks good while doing it.
Pros: easy start up from the box, mostly runs quit while doing minimal work and low level gaming.
Cons: out of the box you will likely want to upgrade ram (2 8s) and would be nice to add more fans

Ive had this PC for almost a year now. I think this is a good PC buts its not great. The 2070 Super is good for running most games at high settings but anything past that will cause the PC to sound like an airplane. Very very few games can be ran at ultra settings. I play apex legends and it is very loud while running the game, there are quite a few times when the game crashes unexpectedly, the game will randomly minimize and bring me to the desktop screen, and a few other random things that happen. Now that could be from the game itself but im not sure. I would recommend saving up more and buying a 3070 or something better with more ram and a better cpu if you want to run newer games.

Don't buy if you plan on upgrading anything. Terrible motherboard with only 2 dimm slots and 1 stick of 16gb of slow ram. Only 1 additional fan header and case has no room for extra fans. Rear fan is limited to 92mm and this thing sounds like a hover boat going by when trying to game. No options to mount a radiator for better thermals and no room for an upgraded air cooler unless you get a low profile one. GPU hit 85°c very quickly and started throttling. Don't even get me started about the CPU temperatures. Ended up removing the processor and graphics card and did a completely new build. Used a Noctua NH-D15 Chromax black cooler and water cooled the GPU. I sold the case with everything else still in it. (Note: Picture is the pc I built using graphics card pcb and processor only. It is not what you will be getting if you buy) If you are looking to do future upgrades, buy the variant with the 2080 Super. At least that way you can switch the components to another case that has actual airflow/room for fans.

Amazing computer. Looks good runs better then expected. I had to manually install the HDD drive because it wasn’t showing but that’s probably why I got it refurbished. Everything works better then expected for a pre built model couldn’t be happier.

This PC should be an absolute beast for a pre-built gaming PC... and it is. When it works. Key phrase: WHEN IT WORKS. When it’s not rendering Premiere edits at smooth speed and playing games at its highest level graphically, it freezes up, glitches out, crashes a few apps and the like. The next issue is that this is just about a $1,300 pc... that works right only half the time. Toss in the basic keyboard and stock mouse... then the lack of an additional space for an extra SSD and a flimsy headphone rack, it’s a bit of a ripoff. Set on returning this because I don’t have time for Pc issues when either editing vids, on zoom calls, or playing/streaming.

Great performing computer for the money

Not a bad computer. Hardware is still up-to-date and the case is still modern. I do have a few gripes however. This system only has 1 single case fan set to exhaust. With a 2070 super, I would've liked to see extra fans in the front for intake. This system also comes with 1x16 2666 MHz RAM running in single channel mode. The motherboard only has two DIMM slots and you aren't able to change the memory frequency in the bios because it is locked. The rear motherboard I/O is also very limited. There isn't much information out there about this motherboard because it's unique to this system. I would have easily given this computer 5 stars if it had a better one.
I do like that this computer takes advantage of Aura Creator instead of having a button on the PC to switch through different RGB effects.
And with the high market for graphics cards, pre-builts aren't that bad of an option right now. GPU's are going way over MSRP due to crypto-miners, chip shortages, and resellers trying to make a profit.
Overall, I would have liked to see a better motherboard running in dual-channel mode from the factory and a couple of extra fans. This PC can run anything I throw at it in high settings and can easily reach over 60 FPS.
(the RAM in the pictures below is upgraded by myself and did not come with the system.)

I just discovered that I do not have the same internal parts in this PC that Best buy is advertising here. It says it comes with 8 USB ports, I only have 5. The motherboard is some basic strange board with barely any ports. The PC overall is performing worse than my GTX 1070 + i7 8700k RIG that sadly is down at the moment. This may have been a freak accident during production of this unit, but its utterly ridiculous that I have paid so much money only to discover I don't even have the parts I paid for in it. I will be returning this ASAP to best buy.

Dear Valued Customer,
It's unfortunate to hear that the unit turns on and off. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control, testing, and inspections. What you've experienced was not intentional and this was a random case.
There are many factors in play, is the unit overheating?
Did you scan for any malware recently?

I bought this PC for about $1400 in December 2020. Due to the GPU shortage, I thought that buying a prebuilt would be the best way to get a solid GPU at MSRP, and this PC seemed to be priced fairly based on the 2070 Super's MSRP, and the individual pricing of the other parts (the processor-GPU combo alone would be about $700 if bought separately at MSRP).
Overall, I feel like this is a great deal for a pretty great gaming rig, and out of the box there weren't any technical or mechanical issues with the machine or any of its parts. Bone stock, this system does an amazing job at 1080p 120+fps, 1440p 120fps, and even 4k 60fps. If you're a console gamer looking to make the jump to PC, or if you're less inclined toward building a PC, this is a great point of entry and will render and play any current gen game (yes, even Cyberpunk) beautifully.
If you're like me, and you want to grab a prebuilt with plans to upgrade it later into a more customized system, you might want to consider other alternatives. In some of the Q&A on this page, you'll see that ASUS support has said that this system is meant to be a fully functional unit with no need to upgrade. Having upgraded this system myself, I can tell you that they really mean that. Please keep reading for further clarification.
The motherboard and PC case for this unit are both proprietary models. The BIOS on the motherboard is extremely restrictive, and as far as I've been able to see does not have considerations for things like controlling fan speed.
The motherboard that came with the system is an Intel B360, and uses the LGA 1151 socket. That means it's compatible with any 9th generation intel processor. Mine came with an i7 9700f that I like a lot. Presumably, the best processor upgrade that would be compatible with this board would be an i9 9900k, but I don't think that's enough of a leap in performance (at least for gaming) from the 9700f to even consider. I'll probably get a newer AMD motherboard and processor in the future.
The motherboard and PC case are clearly not meant to be separated from one another. The front IO of the original case uses SATA connections for all of the buttons and inputs, and the motherboard has extra SATA headers for those to plug into, rather than traditional USB 2 and 3 headers.
I learned this when I was swapping the system a different case (NZXT h510i) and with the exception of the power button, I wasn't able to plug that case's front IO (USB, USB C, headphone jack) connections into the motherboard. The new case also came with a fan/RGB controller, as well as some additional fans. Because of the lack of headers on the motherboard, I was only able to get one fan plugged in for rear exhaust, but not the RGB or fan controller.
I hadn't originally planned on a case swap, but after buying what I thought was a short enough cooler to fit inside the original case (Noctua NHU 12-S) and then not being able to close the side panel, I had to get a different one.
All in all, I'd say the motherboard and case will be your major pain points if you get this system and plan on upgrading. Make sure you swap those out before you do anything else. I'll include a breakdown of the parts that came in my system below, and then wrap up with pros and cons.
Parts breakdown:
ASUS proprietary case. Front IO has Mic In, Audio Out, USB 2.0 and USB Type C.
B360 Motherboard. Intel LGA 1151 socket. 2 lanes for RAM. 4 SATA headers, 2 3-Pin fan headers. 2 PCIE 2.0 slots (1 for the NVME SSD, one for the Bluetooth/Wifi Card). 1 PCIE Gen 3 slot for the GPU. Rear IO has 2 USB 3.0 inputs, 2 USB 2.0 inputs, Line In, Line Out, Mic Out and Ethernet.
ASUS Turbo GeForce® RTX 2070 SUPER™ EVO. 8GB GDDR6 Memory. Inputs include 1x HDMI 2.0, 3x Display Port 1.4. Card is a blower style model and can be quite loud. It has an anti sag bracket on one side that mounts specifically to the ASUS proprietary case, but can be removed by 1 screw.
Intel 7265 IEEE 802.11ac Bluetooth 4.0 - Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Combo Adapter. Plugs into lower PCIE 2 slot on motherboard.
16GB DDR 4 RAM at 2666MHZ frequency. Single stick, sits in lane 1 on mobo. I upgraded to 2 8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance RGB pro at 3200MHZ. It downclocks to 2666 because of the mobo and processor, but is more stable for gaming anyways.
Great Wall 500W PSU, semi modular. Other users have said that this PSU is not powerful enough for the CPU and GPU, and that their systems would shut down. I have not personally had this problem, but I did upgrade to a 750W GPU just to be safe.
Intel CPU heatsink and fan. Uses one of the 3 pin connectors on the motherboard and is extremely loud. I replaced mine with a Noctua NHU12S, which was too tall for the case side panel to close. However, the case will probably be compatible with an NHU9S, or any shorter cooler. I wouldn't go with an AIO because I don't see a way to mount one inside the case.
Exhaust fan, 86-92mm. Uses another 3 pin connector on the motherboard. I'm not sure how big this fan is, but it is also extremely loud. I tried swapping in a quieter 120mm fan that I had laying around and it wouldn't mount inside the case. I ended up just unplugging after I upgraded my cooler and it made no difference in temperatures.
I think that about covers it.
Pros:
System works right out of the box
Comes with Windows 10 pre installed
Gaming performance exceeds expectations
Easy to upgrade RAM, PSU, and CPU cooler
Extra SATA header for storage expansion
Cons:
Motherboard doesn't play nice with aftermarket cases, has very limited BIOS customization
Stock case doesn't support many additional fans, larger fans, etc.
Front IO uses SATA connections
Stock cooler and fan are extremely loud
Blower GPU can also be very loud at times
