I recently needed a powerful computer to get work done for school and also play games. I would recommend this one especially since a lot of my friends recommended ASUS. I have had this computer for nearly a month and so far I have had nothing to complain about. I think it is excellent! :)

This is my first desktop and I'm very happy with my decision. The only issue I've had is the drivers for the lights have rondomly stopped working from time to time (only like 3-4 times since i bought it a month ago) which was a little annoying at first but seems like a common issue and was an easy fix

this purchase has been a disappointment. When it works, this machine is great. However, I have been riddled with problems since I first started it up and it seems to get worse by the week. The system has crashed multiple times, the realtek port failed, and occasionally the system stalls out and drags whatever program I'm working in. Oh, and frequently, the machine fails to acknowledge what I'm typing on my keyboard. Mind you, I'm using this mostly for office work though I do dabble in games. By no means are my demand anywhere close to the technical capability of this machine. Attempts for technical support have been fruitless. Even though my warranty is good for 10 more months, Asus sent me to Best Buy for support and Best Buy wanted to charge me for support. Do your homework and buy something else from someone else.

PROS- Was bought certified refurbished from best buy Nice clean system with the i7 and Rtx 2070 super. Rgb galore inside and outside system. Straight forward pricing and overall great buying experience. Would have live to built a system instead of buying this computer. Pc component market out of place. CONS- Embedded app suite attached to motherboard bios AKA armory create suite which to this moment is disabled ,still auto updates system in Os because its proprietary nature. Which in turns hangs system when syncing asus apps suite. Audio chip and header this asus crap b360 board causes pops with speaker when initializing windows. Asus app suite was gimping my fan speed on my rtx 2070 super to 20% fan speed which was in turn baking my gpu.Thats fixed by me uninstalling all asus bloatware. One single 90mm exhaust fan with case. Asus is really trying to cook these components. Case is a great design but cheaped out in components chosen for internals build. Bad ASUS!!

This pc is very good. I do recommend switching case or adding more fans for airflow.

Got 2 towers... on did not power on... so hit or miss I suppose

My son loves this PC. Wish it had another fan, but he can always add one.

Decent prebuilt but for the price, you could easily build one yourself with more options

I bought this pc about a month ago and it really is great. The only thing that is weird is when i Bluetooth a controller to it my game starts to lag very bad. Overall the pc is very good i added a second stick of 2666mhz speed 16gb ram and it flys.

This gaming computer was for my Grandson's birthday. He loves it and is on it every day. He has a laptop, but this is his first desktop computer. He is very happy with the video card and all the storage on this computer.

I don't know where to start there are so many places where Asus cut corners that it's just upsetting because they are clearly targeting the uninformed consumer 12-year-old kid who has no idea... I'm not going to get into everything but even something as simple is the 16 GB ram being single channel instead of two 8 GB you're losing about 20% production for such a small cost but it just shows that they are trying to get as much money as possible and yes I understand that they're trying to get money but if you know anything about PCS and I know very little but the second I looked at it I knew immediately to return it and yes I fired it up and just as I thought it underperformed and if you're thinking about getting the one up the 2080 super I got that instead and my device was broken I called Asus we did a step-by-step setup over this phone and after reading some numbers to the Asus representative on the phone with me which I didn't understand they very bluntly told me just go return the device and get a new one. such a shame because I think Asus does a great job with their gaming laptops and there was so much potential for their gaming desktops but they cut too many corners to the point where it's almost insulting... if you are thinking about this or any other pre-build at Best buy do just a little bit of research. And I highly recommend you find a well-reviewed custom built PC company like evolve where you can pick everything you want and know exactly what you're getting and oh by the way you can get PCS with the new 30 series graphics cards for the same prices this one that just destroy it and performance because it actually has proper cooling and when you look at it you don't think to yourself well they clearly tried to save a dollar here and clearly tried to save a dollar there...

It's a really good Iteam the only bad is that it has 512 ssd storage

We purchased this as a replacement for a computer that had a video card go out after 2 weeks. We were hesitant to spend more money but were pleasantly surprised. My son loves the computer, which makes mom happy.

love this asus! quiet, fast, good size, and a decent price. nothing so far to not like about it. only complaint i would have is the keyboard and mouse are low quality. but then that is to be expected. smile

I spent like 3 days straight looking up pre built reviews and YouTube videos breaking them down from multiple stores. I landed on this pc and oh my goodness am I happy with my choice. Highly recommend!!

This computer works perfect for me with managing my cookie and web design business and light gaming! I was nervous about buying a desktop having no prior knowledge but this exceeds all expectations!

My first PC and i think i did pretty good choosing it. ASUS will always be my first pick when it comes to Gaming PCs. Overall i am loving it. ZERO problems so far. And don't expect to have any.

This pc is really great when everything is working as should, I never had an issue for about 2 months, until I ran into a problem that seems to be way too common judging from other reviews, it randomly restarts for no apparent reason and at random times. Took it to Geek squad spoke with ASUS, Geek squad couldn't find anything and ASUS wants me to send it in for repair very in convenient as Geek squad had it for a week and now if I send it to ASUS, it'll probably be another week or more for them to HOPEFULLY repair it. Really wish someone knew what the issue was and I could resolve it myself but the mystery continues. Sad as this could've been one of the best pre-builds you can find at the price.

I really like this pc, I recommend this place to any other people
