It first started off with the occasional freezing when playing any game regardless of the graphic settings and has now moved on to randomly restarting. I keep seeing the same copy and pasted response that each device goes through extensive testing and my heart just drops. I do not believe that to be the case with this desktop. I'd personally prefer not to return and try to find a working solution to the problem. But when others have stated that they are being charged to have a computer fixed that arrived broken by Best Buy the outlook is grim. I cannot in good faith recommend this product to any other person. Buyers beware this desktop is setup to fail well before it has even arrived at your home. I will be looking into returning and getting a refund for my purchase because this is unacceptable and my trust in the company has been betrayed and I do not believe I will be looking to do further business with them.
