    TURN AROUND NOW DONT BUY THIS PC

    Please god dont buy this. 1500 bucks and within 6 months started screen flickering, hanging up, etc. Just like the other reviews state, there is basically no support to be had either. This is a pc i planned for work and gaming. It can barely do either. It just doesnt make sense considering its a pretty high end combo of components. If i had to guess, it would be faulty board or m.2. If you see the board, you will be alarmed by the underwhelming power delivery. I wanted to love this pc but for 1500 bucks, its an absolute rip off to the point where i will have to harvest the cpu and gpu in ordwr to build my own because nobody will help me. The ONLY support offered was mail in repair. If i do that, i will lose my job, and the pc will then be pointless. Please dont put yourself in this situation.

    You cant upgrade a lot so it good if you want it for a 3 or 4 years.

    I was very let down with this product. Out of the box it would not boot right. The worst part was ASUS would have nothing to do with me. They forced me to contact BestBuy. This was only the tip of the iceberg of ASUS and it's lies.

    I feel I was robed. The motherboard is geniric. PC had not been setup right. ASUS site has no info about the motherboard. ASUS was just the no help about every question I had.

    I was so unbelievably excited to recieve this computer and i had such high hopes. And for a week and a half all it did while using it was freeze for long periods of time in the middle of games, even just basic things like netflix or hulu playing and it made a god awful noise when it did freeze. I got it on the 12th which was a week and a half ago, and now today it doesnt work. Nothing in it turns on, so now after spending 1600 to get this thing IT DOESNT EVEN WORK! Im so unbelievably dissapointed. Did every single thing possible for troubleshooting, and still nothing. Soooo thanks for sending me something that barely worked for a week and a half just to quit FOR NO REASON.

    My son liked this computer. Only problem is the power supply was underrated for the computer and blew up at 24 day. Best Buy refunded and we are purchasing a different computer. Thanks Best Buy

    JUST HOT GARBAGE Constant issues * FREEZING for no reason * fail to boot constantly update for now trashed freaking thing because I was tired of sinking money trying to get it fixed and with no one able to reproduce the problem I said f- it and trash the f- thing I like the Asus brand I'm just disappointed this high-end machine gave me so much grief I wish I could get a refund but that isn't going to happen what i mentioned before and it being well out of the return window Asus do better please I really like your products but this just unaccetble

    Endless crashing

    Computer crashes average 3 times a day during last 2 weeks. What I did is just playing league of legends with medium graphic setting and 60 FPS. I had to hard restart every time and wait for 10 mins for the computer to “repair itself” and turn back on, but almost half of my restarting will fail so I had to hard restart again. Tried to reset the computer and erased everything, but problem remains.

    Bought this for my son for Christmas and he was so excited. Had it about a week and he calls me while I’m working and tells me it won’t turn on. So when I got home I had a look at it flipping the on/off button trying the power button and nothing. I called Asus and asked what they think I should do and they told me to take it back to the store and see what they say. Well I wasn’t playing games after I spent almost $1600 on a computer so I returned it and told him I would buy him a different one when they come back into stock. Would not recommend this computer

    Power Randomly Shuts Off

    Defective Nivida graphics card

    The GPU broke on me! Wouldn't Recommend

    After searching for an entire day I was able to locate an open box in Chicago BestBuy. Had to drive 2 hours to pickup only to find the 2070 Super broke on me. I tried all common troubleshooting (driver update, diagnostics check) but nothing worked. Returned it! Now my search for a gaming PC continues :(
