    It does not work!

    Just purchase a new machine. Tried a few different HDMI cables. It does not even start. The BIOS boot screen appears for a few seconds and then monitor goes dark and says there is not signal. What a heck??

    Bought this for my son, was excited to get rolling when less than 2 weeks he pressed the power button and computer would boot up. Geek squad offered to send to manuf which takes 6wks to get back on a new computer. We returned this and bought a different brand.

    Computer having Internet site time out errors

    I ordered this computer in order to have it when my Granddaughter came to visit. I paid extra to have it shipped to me on time only to have this computer have connection time out errors on numerous internet sites. I wish Asus had better quality control on their products.

    randomly restarts while doing ANYTHING, trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with it. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! Not exactly high quality, hate that the on/off button is on the front, my dog leans on it and turns it off also! pathetic.

    Stopped turning on today. What is this like day 95 of owning. The Geek Squad wants a non refundable $85 dollars and 3 week window just to diagnosis. Fairly unimpressive all around.

    Went threw two computers thinking that the second one would work within 3 days the graphics card crapped out and the screen would show pink lines. Poor built and never buying rog again!

    I thought this was a great desktop. My son was able to use for all his personal and gaming needs. The only downfall is based on what its being used for and for how often its being used. , it did overheat often after 3 years. My son was unable to add extra pieces or fans to help upgrade the device itself. Diagnostics were good but parts I needed were not available However Best Buy has always been awesome in finding ways to best assist the customer. I was able to get credit due to these issues and get pieces my son needed for his computer to make.
