    Great PC - Terrible PS

    It's a great PC with 0 issues and can run any triple A title at a great and steady framerate. The power supply is the issue. Only 500 W for a 2070...a 2070 needs a greater power supply. My PC is randomly turning off through the day because there is not enough power. Would really appreciate some help with this...

    Power button not connected

    As soon as I got home I hooked everything up amd pressed the power button....... No power. So I took the front of the case off and found that the power button wasn't connect to the cases power button. Intried putting it back together but no matter where or how I put the interior button on it will not hold steady enough to be used by the exterior power button. Other than that its a great pc. I just gotta figure out how to utilize the outer power button instead of leaving the front case off.

    Prior to buying this desktop I purchased a G15 laptop. It had issues staying connected to WiFi so I returned it to bestbuy. I figured a gaming desktop would be more reliable and would give Asus a second try ( it was also the only gaming desktop in stock). A week into owning this PC and it the power randomly cuts out. Also Asus is no longer providing phone support. I have placed a claim with Asus but will probably return to bestbuy. I am a person who never writes bad reviews or returns products for minor reasons. I have never experienced this level of problems with an item.

    Pc Turns itself off and reboots completely!

    I bought this pc so I could play all sorts of games at very good settings and right when I thought i was ready to play with friends it turns itself off and reboots. I found a fix for this problem for about 2 months and than randomly it started happening again. I do not know if it is a power supply issue or what but I am really angry that I had to lower how much power my specs could use just so I could play, which only let me play for 2 months.

    The only issue I have is the computer freezes and then restarts itself. First it will freeze, then reset as if nothing happened. There are no errors, the pc seams normal and then after the freeze the fans spike to max and then it restarts. Im not always one to follow forum advice but its apparently a bios fix and asus doesn't seam bothered much by it. It is thoroughly mentioned in the reviews for this computer. Other than this issue, the computer handles like a dream. The one issue though means I wouldn't give it to a friend if it meant saving his life.

    bought this pc december 1st, its a beast. great for gaming, multitasking and streaming. no flaws, but i do wish my rgb settings would save every time i turn it off and on.

    Honestly when i first purchased the pc i was very excited. But now i'm having all sorts of issues playing games i should have 0 issues with. From the pc RANDOMLY not seeing my monitors despite the fact that i've been nothing but gentle with it. It literally crashed my pc multiple times when i played a simple game like Roller Coaster Tycoon on steam. (not kidding) Then when i finally got over to what i really wanted to play which was Final Fantasy XIV even on the lowest of graphics the game crashes. Heck even today i tried to do the benchmark for FFXIV Endwalker and it randomly crashes there too. At first i had ignored these issues which honestly i shouldn't have i figured what the heck it's probably an update or something the issues have still persisted since i purchased it back in feb. This sucks because it's very expensive and trusted that since i was buying from a retailer such as best buy that it'd be fine hence my reason for not getting a warranty. Feels like i giant paper weight at this point in time.

    This PC started out fantastic, runs very well on highest settings on most games, the 2 fans in it do the job managing its temperature, and everything was okay, but in the past 2 days, ive had 3 random pc shut offs. The pc just shuts off on its own with no pop ups and such. Based off this experience, i really do not recommend this pc for its price, very bad.

    Will turn off all of a sudden

    Crap - Cooling System Overheats/Parts Not As Shown

    I bought this and at first worked fine. then the next day when I was playing a game my moniter crashed because of the gpu. I don't know what happened but it won't connect to the moniter now.

    Had it for 5 months and now it just won't power on. I've bought much cheaper PCs that lasted longer. It's a shame really. Worked fine for my type of gaming. But at this price point it can't even survive a year of use?
