I have never had an issue with this computer super fast extremely reliable.

I have had this computer for a few months now and I have had no problems with it. I love this computer. 3 display ports and one hdmi port makes it super easy for multi-displays. I have two complaints about it though one is their isn’t enough fans. One is on the back of the box and one I believe is on the GPU (CPU). The other complaint is that it doesn’t have enough USB ports unless you buy one of those 4 usb plugs.

For being a prebuilt it is pretty good. The only down side is that you need to get 2 sticks of ram, for it only comes with one. Wait for a price drop and get ram and you will be happy. I play rainbow and it runs at 200fps on high quality. For honor at 100fps. Forza 4 at 140fps (extreme quality)

Overall great PC for starting. Not overpriced. i gave it a try for my first PC.

I bought this desktop because I wanted to start gaming on a pc and it’s good but I don’t know if it was my pc but it only came with 1 16gb ram stick, and another thing it only has 2 fans

I really love this computer so far. My only disappointment comes from the motherboard, it isn't the greatest and ram slots are limited. USB port also, but for the price I ain to bothered by it.

At the time of this review I have owned my machine for 6 months. Right out the box everything was great. Could play all the games I wanted with zero issues and could even play newer games at max settings. Cyberpunk 2077 for one example. Now, I worry about this machine as one glaring issue has shown. This build will randomly shutoff and restart itself with no warning. It has happen 5 times since purchase and three of those happened today. If you are planning on using this machine for it's intended purpose, gaming, this is extremely concerning. Hours are gameplay can be lost. Online games are worst because you then have to relog into the game and hope nothing went wrong. Now here is the good kicker. There are plenty of other reviews this BestBuy site that reports this same problem. Others have tried to fix the issue themselves but cannot find a fix. Most say its the PSU that needs to be switched but some have reported that doesn't work as well. I tried using ASUS online customer support tool as a way to get direct manufacture fixes but THIS MODEL IS NOT ON THEIR LIST OF PRODUCTS. When searching the model through google, bing, and yahoo THIS MODEL DOES NOT EXIST OUTSIDE OF BESTBUY STORES AND ONLINE MARKET. Overall, the pricing for this machine is great and is hard to beat. But there is something going on that is causing power problems that cannot be explained, searched, or fixed. I recommend that onlookers continue looking

This desktop is great for gaming as i am able to run all the games I want to. It has performance levels as i am able to game for hours to days without it overheating. It runs my favorite games suck as Minecraft, roblox, Valorant, Fortnite and many smaller games such as flash games and pokemon mmo. I am very satisfied with this purchase as it is worth the money.

Had some problems with the pc like the graphic card not showing any display always and to remove and re install it. Only happen about 4 time

Purchased as gift for my son and ended up buying a second one, the M2 SSD and 2070 super makes this a great deal. Honestly the Power supply should be more than 500w if you ever want to add to the PC. And the weakest component is the i7-9700F but that's good enough to play most games without too much issue.

Great computer, don’t leave on overnights and look after the cleaning and maintainer of your computer. Runs great, amazing storage, amazing parts, and love the build and rgb. Would recommend but there are better options since my purchase back a couple years.

Purchased as an entry into the to PC gamer environment we have so far this PC performs very well with moderate/high frame rates in most games we have installed. We are using a 27" 2K curved gaming monitor @ 60HZ for reference on frame rates. For the price, it's a power house. The video card alone retails for a third of the cost of this PC...which demonstrates the overall value. Pros: -Fast NVMe SSD loads Windows fast -Very good video card with gobs of memory -Aesthetically pleasing look with nice (but unnecessary) LED lighting in front and inside case. Cons: -As others have mentioned there are ONLY 5 USB ports(3xUSB 3, 2xUSB2), not 8 as described. We are over it...buy a USB hub if you need more. -Two cooling fans on the case can be a little noisy during play as the system heats up -Included wired keyboard and mouse are basic at best Overall very happy so far. Will update review if something changes!

Purchased this gaming PC for my son, very nice PC, setup was simple. Could not give 5 stars due to the keyboard that came with the PC was a faulty keyboard that did not work, major disappointment. I tried the keyboard on another pc I have at home and still didn’t work. I contacted ASUS customer support and no one was available to assist, I then contacted best buy technical support and an agent tried to assist me, but no success, after 3 hours on the line I still have a keyboard of no use.

When the machine works, it would great. However after a couple weeks of having it I started experiencing random shut offs. I did some research and noticed that the 500w power supply might not be sufficient enough for the GPU. Fair enough, added a new 750w power supply. Still had issues, then opened up the rig to make sure everything was tightened down properly, installed the same stick of RAM that they had in there since there was only 1 stick of 16 installed I hoped filling both ports would help alleviate some of the strain on the machine. However, after doing all of this I am still experiencing random shut downs. An IT friend of mine and I have been trying to trouble shoot the issue to no avail. We are trying our best to find the issue, but there are no signs of what the issue might be. I would NOT recommend this rig to anyone not willing to try and put some extra work into it because even with the work I've had done to it from a working professional, the issue still remains. After 1 month of use and so much troubleshooting, I'm starting to believe it just isn't worth all of these problems, but I have no choice other than trying to fix it. ASUS did not do well with this rig.

It definitely a nice start setup to have at home. I mainly use it for work and a little gaming on the side. Though I am a little disappointed that it only has 5 USB Type A, + 1 USB Type C but in the product description it says 8. I have yet to find the missing 3 connections.

I've been using the computer for a few months now and it runs pretty well, only had about two stutters throughout seven months. I would recommend upgrading the memory and motherboard later down the road, but overall it is a decent PC build but you could prob find another prebuilt cheaper for the price. (paid 1.5k after taxes)
